  • Enjoy these chewy Oatmeal Banana bars as Breakfast/midday snack. You can also use Cashew/ Almond butter instead of Peanut butter.
    Ingredients :
    Banana - 1 (well - ripened)
    Oats - 1 cup
    Maple syrup - 1 tbsp
    Peanut butter - 1/4 cup
    Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
    Salt - 1/4 tsp
    Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
    Chocolate chips - 1/4 cup
    Preheat oven - 350F
    Bake time - 16 to 17 mins
    If you are using 2 bananas, double all the ingredients and
    bake for 22 to 23 mins.
