Very interesting video. I'm amazed at the low prices in Japan. In the U.S. everything is very expensive and the hospitality industry takes you for every cent they can. I definitely would check out these sleeping alternatives if I ever had a chance to visit Japan.
Brother look at avg pay for Japanese people. I think it's like 22k a year. Aka what a McDonald's worker here makes. Plus they have less chemical regulations than we do. A lot of their food contains cancerous material. Its still a lovely place but it costs less for a reason
As a skier this was a saviour. You can get 8hr night special for 1800 Yen (tax included) in the normal cubicle (non VIP) with reclining chair. It has enough space to lye down and I got reasonable sleep. Included in that price was a range of free drinks and free shower. Not bad at all if you ask me. The only downside was you could only use the 8hr night special between 8pm to 4am, I think 9pm to 5am would be better as nothing is open except convenience stores at 4am. Used these all over Japan but especially in Sapporo and joetsu
At 8:54 you hand gestures briefly had me worried that it was about to get ugly. You had already shown hand lotion and a VCR. I do not know if you have ever been in an invitros clinic, but that is the same set up for the male "donor". A quiet room, vcr, and hand lotion. Just no nurse waiting for the "sample" Been there, done that.
Room looks clean but a little worn. I felt like out of all your other stays the quality wasnt here, but you get what you pay for, it was a lot of perks if you use them. as always great video.

Thank you coat hanger, thank you toilet, thank you library, thank you ice cream machine, LOL Was a good video, the place was a bit expensive, but if you only have carry around belongings it could work out. Being a international traveler I'd want a place to store my luggage without so much room rent while I was out for the day. It was welcoming to see the bed elevated, makes it easier for us who've become old and fragile.
The size of the room was really good, and especially having your own toilet and shower! The food came very fast too. The bed in those places never look comfortable though with that leatherette covering. I guess it's easy to wipe down.
Absolutely, the quality of the bed was Nah. As it is an Internet cafe room so we can't expect it to be comfortable but nevertheless, I think it would be great for someone on a budget! Thanks for your comment❤️
that’s the purpose of the leather covering it’s easy to clean. if it was an absorbent cover it will probably stink if it wasn’t washed regularly. with the high turn over rate and people possibly spilling food on it, it might need a weekly wash but since it’s leather they’ll just wipe it with alcohol or disinfectant then let it air dry and it’s ready for the next occupant. I guess the solution is to bring your own blanket/cover or perhaps they also rent blankets.

なぜ千里本店だ店内提供飲食が出来るか快活に問い合わせてみましたところこの様な回答をもらいました
「お問い合わせいただいた内容につきましては、一定のお部屋スペースが確保されている場合、提供が可能なものとなっております。
大阪の千里本店では一定のスペースを確保したVIPルームの為、飲食の提供をさせていただいております。」
スペースが基準になっているようですね
このようなVIPルームが増えて欲しいところですが「部屋が大きい＝部屋数が減る」なので運営からしたら悩ましいところですね

2年以上前にロマンチック街道沿いにも快活あって近所でよく利用してましたが、閉店しちゃってそれきりあまり行ってないですが、個室内にシャワーは良いですね😊

快活CLUBは、居心地もいいし、店員さんの質も他のネカフェよりいいので、よく利用してます
私はカラオケメインで使ってますが、普通のブースは安い分、やはり人の目(私が気にしぃなんですが)がしんどい時があるので、時々グレードupして、鍵付き個室も利用してますが、普段使いにはちょっと贅沢ですが、人目を気にしないで使えるとかゆったり過ごすには鍵付き個室は重宝しますよね
ですが、シャワー付きな個室があるのは初めて知りました
たまにシャワーまで遠かったり、普通のブースだと荷物が心配になるので、ゆったり過ごせるなら、シャワー付き個室も利用してみたいです

大阪住まいかつ千里方面はなかなか行く機会もないですが😅終電逃した際は利用しようと思います
快活クラブの特徴は、関西ほど個性的な店が多く、関東はコスト削減と夜間無人店舗化という効率化を図るという2分した方式で展開するのが特徴で、元々大阪などの関西エリアはホテルや安い旅館、サウナが充実しているため、このような個室が生まれたのでは?って推測します。逆に東京エリアの場合、テレワーク、コミック、インターネット目的で使う人やちょっとした休憩で使う人が多いので、夜間無人店舗化したと思います。

完全個室良いなあ。前に隣との仕切りが低いネカフェで寝てたら男性が覗いてた事があってそれから個室か仕切りが高い所じゃないと怖い。

ホテル快活イン千里店こと、快活CLUB千里本店ですね！快活ルームはホント神です！
これは快活クラブさんが悪い訳じゃないんですけど
数年前東京に用事で東京の快活クラブのフラットの個室利用したんだけど、寝る前くらいから妙にうんこ臭くて誰か屁でもしたんかって思いながらも寝て、朝方隣が騒がしいから目覚めてトイレついでに部屋出たら隣の個室の前に従業員さんが2名いて、すでにうんこ臭がしてたのでだいたい察しはついたけど恐る恐るちらっと覗いたらうんこまみれになったマットとか壁とかを拭いてました。
まぁとりあえずトイレ行こうと思ったらその階のトイレもうんこまみれでびっくりしたという事故に遭遇してから利用出来なくなった笑
