My grandson is autistic and also a savant. He remembers everything. Only nine and knows more than most teachers

I wouldn’t be surprised if the teacher sent the email to herself and set David up.

Could the teacher have sent the threatening email to herself? Law enforcement should concentrate on the teacher’s behavior. One would want everyone to be mentally healthy, most especially teachers. During my years as a teacher, I experienced how petty, evil, vindictive, racist, etc., teachers can be.

Agreed! I’m a special ed teacher. Also an autism mom to adult twins with autism. I’ve never been afraid of my students in that way. There are too many ways to de-escalate students that makes me wonder if this teacher even tried to. She may have been burned out, too. But how could anyone live with knowing they caused someone to go to in jail/prison who may be innocent? There’s something missing!!

I think so....she made up and sent those emails herself. She's the one who I'd day needs to be looked at more...

    • @AndisweatherCenter
      @AndisweatherCenter 2 года назад

Definitely. She sounds very ableist and toxic and I strongly believe she sent it to herself using TOR. The FBI should investigate her and make her go through what David had to go through if she indeed sent that letter which is extremely likely.
She did all of this to make David’s life miserable because of his self advocacy, and asking an apology from her. Also David is clearly LGBT, snd being autistic and LGBT, could put David at risk by someone who is very ablest and toxic like the special ed teacher.
I had a special ed instructor in my previous middle school that made my life miserable and actually punish me for getting bullied by other students. I literally got punished for being beat up even though I never fought back, The right to criticize the teacher for her discrimination, which only made her treat me worse and she even told other students that I talk behind their back‘s to get them to attack me and I heard her laughing at me when I got beat up. My paraprofessional was horrified at how she was treating me and she ended up getting fired about a year after I left after allegations of what she did to me came out as other people reported it.

    Constant fear? BS!
Lol Maybe she just thinks he caused her pain? That's what she's saying. It's just her perception. It's not reality.

The exact reason I hate the "justice system" it's not innocent until proven guilty its guilty until proven innocent especially in the eyes of the judge. It happens so often

Watching this brakes my heart as mother of an autistic young man. I do truly believe there is such a lack of understanding when it comes to autism. That's with the world as a whole. They are of sweetest people and police judge's and lawyers shout have to pass a mandatory class not a petty training but a full class they take for a year and pass before they get a badge a degree or sit on a bench. It's sad that in this day and age how poor the lack of knowledge is for dealing with people with autism or any other mental problems.

    • @rxses2111

You know that lawyers have degrees in law and in order to be a judge you would have to be educated in said field and then appointed, right? What do you mean that they need a full class?

I am so happy he is out now but sad that he had to go through that.

I would guess that teacher has a trend of abusing students, and because he happened to stand up for himself and not take the abuse, she wanted to use the legal system to punish him. Sick story and she should be fired and probably imprisoned herself.

80k is way to much for a crappy lawyer that can't keep someone out of jail without evidence proving his guilt. Email can easily be tracked to an IP address. The teacher clearly sent it to herself I would say. They should subpoena her email. Cuz if she said it can't be tracked then she sent it.

A lot of others had it a lot lot worse. Don't forget you had it easy if your just got through something similar without being made homeless, raped, whole town turned against you, robbed of everything, and forced into a dangerous place.

You don't explain who your comment is directed to but I will respond regardless. It seems that you have a chip on your shoulder and expect everyone else to pay for it. I do feel sorry for you to have had so much struggle in your life but take a minute to reflect on the possibility your attitude may be the cause not the result. Wanting everybody to be as miserable as you will never allow you to overcome what you have loss. Nor will pushing it onto everyone else remove it from you. It doesn't work that way.. It will only lead to you experiencing more loss because no one will deal with constant negativity and anger for very long. They will walk away. Is this what you mean by turned against you? There is a difference but I suspect you believe it is a failure in their character not yours. You have been through a lot, I get it, and I am not saying it will be easy but let it go.
