George either didn't know, or was mislead or straight up lied to by Filoni. George Lucas's biggest problem is that he was far too trusting of the wrong people in allowing them creative control in his universe and his legacy. Self obsessed, malicious and destructive people. Namely Filoni and later Kennedy. They filled his head with pretty lies about how they will respect the characters and lore, honor his legacy, etc and when he wasn't looking in the case of Filoni, and when she had control, in the case of Kennedy, they tore up the lore and did whatever the fuhk they pleased. Also, I believe George was more heavily involved with the beginning of TCW, but soon gave the reigns over to Filoni (who then started breaking lore left and right) and was barely involved at all because he was too busy working on his movie Red Tails then.
Lmfao you people are ridiculous. George literally taught Dave everything he knows about Star Wars. THAT'S why e wasn't involved with it a whole lot. Because he knew Dave knew what he was doing. If you don't like it, that just sounds like a you problem. More than half of the fandom will disagree with you
There is such an insurmountable amount of evidence to prove George really didn’t have that much involvement but yet TCW fans ignore it just to prove themselves right.
Thanks for the shout-out! :)
You're welcome!

@@mf24yo931Strawman and appeal to popularity fallacy: How predictable of a TCW fan.
Tim showed this in the stream yesterday. Good video and sources.

Mere common sense says George Lucas would have been credited as a writer and showrunner if he had been that involved.
