If you plan to spend more than one day, or you're highly motivated, you gotta paddle out both the West & East forks of this lake. Take lunch and some chairs, there are lots of stopping spots along the way. Enjoy.

Thanks for this video! 👍🏼 I’ve never been but I’m heading up there next weekend. Any idea what the traffic is like there this time of year?? Is there dispersed camping on the road by chance having a hard time finding out online?? Thx 😊 👍🏼

You'll be fine. It's a warm weather lake, meaning very few go this time of year. Plenty of camping on the right going in, and some secluded on the left. I'd double check the gate is open as sometimes they close it due to the wet road leading down into the canyon. We got some snow last night so it may be muddy/wet which tends to get them to close it.
