Great stuff. But just before i jump on, i have a question for you,
how effective are these exercises for gaining natural posture of spine and get rid of lower back pain? i do desk job 10hr a day and I already have mild pain in lower back .

Thanks for the video and the exercises man. Just 1 i cant do is the sit up into stand up one. I can totally do sit up at ease, even with weights. Yet , i cant even do 1 rep of the one followed by a stand up. Any advice or easier version for me to do this one. This really hit me bad. Thanks for answering in advance.

Great work. The fucked up part with all those "10m traiings" though is that u need to warm up for 20 more mins otherwise you risk a lot :S Would have been othopical if we could just rush train wouldnt it? :)
