Guanajuato, mi pueblo, ciudad encantada y detenida en el tiempo, sus calles hermosas y plazas tranquilas, su gente, su música, su color. Que lindo es mi pueblo, qué lindo es mi México....
I'm from Guanajuato. I have been in Belgium for three years already without the possibility to go back... all the video was a torture for me :33 *drools* :D Thanks for such a mouth watering piece!
Guanajuato is very beautiful. It is also extremely safe compared to the rest of Mexico. In fact, pretty much all former Presidents go to live there after they leave office.
Where did you get that information that strawberries are irrigated with sewage water? I can assure you that Mexican farmers and the health department are not that stupid and irresponsible, this is probably another rumor that Peruvians started.
No, stay with you great "blessed" land. People from Guanajuato have a harder time to live in their own land, because of gringos. Money? Is that all you got, then go and live in Rodeo Drive,
Tk421 Al I am been real. Do not tell me what to do. Iam sure you do not know what they create when they come to live in Mexico. Ask the people in San Miguel if they can live in San Miguel's downtown, no they can't, because of them. And if you know that is the best part of town.
I wish I could go back with my family and have you be our tour guide..this place is exactly what i need to get my soul healed..there is something so healing about food and good hearted people it is the connection of life giving things food made with love and good ingredients made with love and people with kind hearts who have a loving energy what could ever match the things God has put here for any soul to experience these are the things that are the recipe for life. I thank you for reminding me ...hey maybe I already have what i need in my own back yard and in my own family and friends...
man youre making me hungry with all these food!! im glad you liked my state, everyone in the world is welcome to see the beauty of my guanajuato. que lindo mi guanajuato!!❤❤
Erik, Thanks so much for the video tour. I used to think that no one should die without seeing Venice, but now also add Guanajuato to that very short list. It's pure magic.
Oh my goodness! I was born in Guanajuato and your video brought back many memories. The man next to the bread guy was selling garbanzos I believe, they are delicious with lime and chile. Did you go see the "mummies" and el Callejón del beso? I love the brightly painted houses
Muy buen video, muy bien explicado, rescata mucho de la cultura mexicana que nosotros vemos día a día y ya no nos damos cuenta de lo bello que es hasta que alguien lo retrata, saludos desde Ciudad de México!
I just subscribed. I love videos that are compact, like short but with all the necessary info there. Good job, thank you 👏 Its one of my dreams to visit Mexico one day! 🤩
Thank you so much for sharing this with us . My Mother's familia was from here I am 3rd generation I'm so interested in learning about the beautiful City tyfs....
How funny that you found "La Clave Azul" that place is off the beaten path and pretty hard to find. But as soon as you turned up that narrow callejón, I knew where you were headed. I love that place!
I love your videos, but I have to say you...I do not agree with your strawberries comment. FYI those strawberries come to the USA and they are certainly not watered with sewage water, please see the labels at your local grocery store, they are strawberries from Mexico.
Grew up in Mexico and I can confirm the thing about strawberries, BUT it's not sewage water it's drain water from irrigation systems like storm drains it's not actually shit and piss.
was this your first trip to Mexico or out of the USA??? Not sure where you get your strawberry info but you should do more research before posting. Mexico has cleaner veg and fruit than the the USA and many other nations. Investigate before posting. please!
+Erin and Bryan hi Erin and Bryan, this was not "my first trip out of the USA" I've been living in Mexico for several years and I do my research by talking to not only to all the local farmers, but also to the people who prepare the strawberries into other foods such as smoothies and juices! many of them have told me of their own personal friends and family who have gotten sick from eating strawberries that haven't been disinfected. this isn't a competition about the cleanliness of USA fruit vs Mexican fruit- this episode provides a health tip to keep people safe. most local people here disinfect their strawberries, and for good reason. have you ever lived in Mexico for years at a time and seen how people prepare food here? i have. my best friend works at a juice bar and it is her job to disinfect all of the strawberries every single day. quality restaurants and food stands disinfect their strawberries. low quality establishments do not. common knowledge here, Erin and Bryan! p.s. this comment was written from Mexico City where i have been living for a long time. peace out!
Erik - unusual spelling of your name... like Erik Satie! Dismiss the haters here! Yes - prices have risen A LOT - been there many times over the years, but... it's still one of THE most magical places on Earth! As far as taverns, and bars, Clave Azul is Awesome !!! I also love La Dama de Camilia for Salsa dancing, and atmosphere!
Great video! You’re 💯% right about strawberries in small establishments in towns around Mexico. Not safe to eat them. I actually only eat them at home😬👍 I just subscribed to your channel✅
Beowolffenstein "La Petrona" duet of Tinito & Porfirio at the beginnig suonds like "La Lorona" cause its a very similar Son Itsmeño it so avalible the version of an amazing singer called Mamselle Ruiz i recomend you!!! Saludos!!!
+Mario Cano Thank you! So, it's also called Guanajuato city? I'm definitely going to visit this place. My neighbor is from Guanajuato, near San Miguel de Allende, about 30 minutes away.
I have lived in Mexico my entire life this is the first time I hear that about Strawberries, I really don't think the the Water them with Sewer Water, I know Mexico is a very free country but we do still have laws. Ps. Yes Mexicans clean the strawberries and take out the green leaves, don't American clean their Vegetables too?
I will be retiring there in a few years maybe not in the cities but a town like Chapala will be a until I learn some of the language . Or do many Mexican speak English

You should, spot on
No, do not come stay in gringo land. We guanajuatenses do not need fucking gringos.
No, stay with you great "blessed" land. People from Guanajuato have a harder time to live in their own land, because of gringos. Money? Is that all you got, then go and live in Rodeo Drive,
Saul Quezada dont be rude. Ten mas respeto a los demás.
