Good representation of all Ayurvedic treatments but for common people I can suggest visiting nearby Ayurveda doctors and begin your journey with Ayurveda by starting Ayurvedic Dinacharya everyday .As an Ayurveda doctor being in Ayurveda for 15+ years I can say we Indian are so lucky to have ancient medical science with us . Ayurveda Dinacharya kit may cost you approx.2000 Rs every Month.Panchkarma therapies are different but not required for every person .Marta Basti is anytime best and charges are reasonable

I don't know how to share my feelings after watching this video. I was craving to watch this video from the day you uploaded it but due to the hectic schedule of April month I was not able to see it. Finally I got a chance to relish it. After watching this video I felt like I was in the therapy session and felt so relaxed. All things are amazing, the food, the therapies, the ambience, the way they make all the things in house. Everything is fantastic. This is the most amazing video that I have seen. i just finished panchakarma for 21days & vireechana yesturday.. for me literally not allowed to eat anything except Ganji, rice rasam & pongal.. travelled everyday for treatment in bangalore city itself.. I might have enjoyed if they allowed to eat all she mentioned.. 😢 it costed me 16500/- not staying & without food. This retreat will definately might have costed 50K to 1L
