Yes, I would love to learn how to make the stockings with the binding. Those little stockings are so adorable, perfect size for my dog! He needs a stocking too!
Jessica, thank you for the Christmas stocking tutorial and the template! I thought these would be fun to make for neighbor gifts and I have lots of Christmas fabrics in my stash.
That’s sooooo cute! I can’t wait for more stockings, maybe one with a cuff, too? These would be cute hanging on a blanket ladder. I’m in the process of making one that’s bigger so it can hold little gifts and goodies to eat.
This stocking is adorable . . . I am completely new to quilting and so appreciate your videos . . . I do sew and have Christmas fabric to use! Can't wait to try . . . thank you for the template.
Definitely adorable; I love it, Jessica! I love when you get excited & tickled. I’m right there with you. I’m going to make a couple of these cuties, various sizes, for family. I know they’ll love them. THANK YOU🫶 ‘Tis the Season……” 🎄
I made 20 full size stockings for a friend who was collecting for children from very minimal homes. It was my donation so she can fill them. I’ve been listening to Christmas music and my granddaughter asked me why. I told her it makes me so very happy! I had some of those cute fabrics too. Love those classic Santa’s
Really, really cute. I have made 12 new ones for my family this year the same way you made this one only bigger. I haven't seen one with binding all around it so I would love to see you make one of those. Thanks Jessica!
Please show us how to make the stockings with the binding and the little hangar tab as well. Super cute! I would like to make one for each of my seven grandchildren. Just precious!
I just found your channel this morning and subscribed. You are a very good teacher. Thanks for the details. Your work is beautiful. Can't wait to see more!❤
What a relief to get to your post. I keep telling myself to leave the political RUclipsrs alone but I allow myself to be drawn in. Then I regret it. I finished all 63 blocks in my tiny pieces project! My goal today is to get them all together. It’s been a real challenge! Your stockings are way cute! 🥰
I am really enjoying your channel! You are amazing, putting out videos so often! I hope you continue, just don’t burn yourself out! Your directions and videos are really well done and interesting.
I love your videos Jessica! The joy you have for creating is so inspiring. This little stocking is adorable and I love the idea of using it as a package topper. Thank you for sharing!
Very cute. When my children were young, I used to do this kind of stuff. I would do it for my grandchildren, but a lot of their mothers sew and I don’t want to take away their joy
What an adorable stocking. I can see how these keep you smiling while making them. Not to mention, they are a wonderful gift. Thanks for the tutorial and yes I would love to see the binding version.
This is adorable! I am definitely going to be getting my Christmas fabrics out and making some of these! Thanks for sharing your knowledge. I enjoy all your videos.
I, myself, are grateful you did it all by machine. At this time of year, when all of us probably feel rushed to get things done for Christmas, the machine is my go-to way to do that. Thanks so much for sharing!!
Wow, you never disappoint with your videos…I am a visual learner so your videos help tremendously and I have been needing new stockings for a long time so this video is a great resource for me! Thanks for sharing the pattern and all your ideas because you are so talented and inspiring!!😍
Jessica, stitch number 1304 and 1308 gives a handlook quilt stitch which is really lovely. I'm definitely doing these little stockings, and probably filling them with edible goodies.
Very cute! Yes, I’m really interested in making a larger one with a hanger for my little grandson. I’m also very interesting in seeing the ones with the binding. I love the Christmas patchwork aspect of these adorable stockings. Thanks so much for the tutorial!
I made a couple of small stockings last year….they are so cute and make me smile. One was quilted and the other one was cross stitched and given as a gift. So fun to make. Your stocking is so cute and we add a special touch to your gift.
Very cute and nice looking stocking! Thank you for sharing and for the tip of using a crochet hook to push out the stitches. I may try to sew one too to give to my daughter. Greetings from Singapore 🇸🇬
Yes J, please do one with the outer binding. And If I got that beautiful stocking as a gift top. Ì would like to hang it after emptying all the treats out of it 😊 Thank you for sharing
This is ADORABLE, Jessica! Thank you for your tips throughout - your thorough explanations at each step are SO helpful! Love the choice of fabrics! ❤🎄🎅🎄❤
Your stocking turned out really nice! I think I’m going to make one today. I will put the ribbon in mine to hang them. This is a great gift for quilting friends! ♥️
Great tutorial👍 I've actually just finished making 4 Christmas stockings with fur cuffs using the same turn out method this past week. Mine are bigger but these look so cute and a great way to use up scraps, so I might just have to make some smaller ones too. Thanks for sharing❤
Thanks for your instructive video. Where did you get your clear seam guide tape on your See Steady table? I’ve been looking for this product with no success.
I’ve made these years ago but don’t remember if it was put together with the batting. Got two great grandsons that I’ll make Spider-Man stocking for.❤❤❤
Not quite like piping, although that would be pretty! For piping, you would do it like I did this one. Sew the piping in when you are sewing the layers together and then turn it right side out and the piping would be in between the front and the back at the seam.

I love quilted stockings. Are you going to do one that has a solid colored top? I would probably do white.
Thanks for your instructive video. Where did you get your clear seam guide tape on your See Steady table? I’ve been looking for this product with no success.
It is not tape. I drew that on there with a sharpie and ruler.
@ thank you.
I’ve made these years ago but don’t remember if it was put together with the batting. Got two great grandsons that I’ll make Spider-Man stocking for.❤❤❤
I do use batting on mine.
@ I’m going to make some like yours. I finally got the pattern to print off. My pattern is much larger. Thanks for the demonstration, I appreciate it.
Jessica, I love your videos ! The binding for the stockings will this be like piping ? I do love the look of piping 🤗😊
Not quite like piping, although that would be pretty! For piping, you would do it like I did this one. Sew the piping in when you are sewing the layers together and then turn it right side out and the piping would be in between the front and the back at the seam.
Super cute stocking… can you do one with a cuff top ?
I ususlly don't make them with a cuff but I'll see what I can come up with.
