    This is happening to me right now and I can’t HANDLE IT . I can’t fall asleep because of it! I can’t stop moving 😭

      So sorry to hear you're suffering with restless legs. It is really horrible. I had it bad! Try to do all the things I've suggested because I'm sure it will help reduce the restless legs you have. How many weeks pregnant are you? Xxx

    Currently 30 weeks pregnant. I had RLS before getting pregnant but very smooth, but now is driving me CRAZY. It is so intense I get desperate and I can’t sleep. I also have it in my arms btw. I will try your tips and let you know. Thanks for sharing.

      @@HypnobirthingWithAnja Hi Anja. Thanks for responding so quick. I only really get it at night. Pregnant with our first child. It’s getting so difficult to get comfortable while sleeping. My entire lower body just hurts from only being able to sleep on my sides. I’ll definitely try your tips you suggested. I appreciate you🙏🏼🙏🏼❤️

      @@alicianorgaard8580 I remember the discomfort and I really feel for you! Atleast there's not long to go now you are near the end of your 3rd trimester. I hope you manage to get better sleep with this restlessness at night. My RLS was really bad at night too 👶🤰🤦

    I m week 27 pregnant, and its crazy i cant sleep cos of restless legs, arms and sometimes i feel it in my chest. I take magnesium, eat so much fruits and veggies, blood test shows i m not lacking any vitamines. I also workout 5 times a week, so i dint understand why i still have it. I m gonna try salt bath, hope thst helps. 😢

    I’ve had this for 3 weeks now and it’s unbearable. I’m 26 weeks now and I don’t think it’s going to go anytime soon. I’m praying it goes after pregnancy 😢

      I'm so sorry to hear this Megan. It is so unbelievably bad when it's a severe like it sounds for you. I hope that some of my tips will, in the very least, help to reduce your restless legs so you can relax a bit more. Do you find that it gets worse at night? X

      @@meganf120395 that must be so annoying. I hope that some of the tips help you. If you like bananas and cashew nuts, eat them before bed as they could help if you are potassium/magnesium deficient. That could be causing your restless legs and it's an easy fix by just having those snacks x

    My sister has restless legs even without being pregnant. It keeps her up every single night. I'll get it very rarely. I do however have PLMS (Periodic Limb Movements of Sleep). I end up kicking and punching in my sleep.

      Hi Joshua, thanks for your comment. Your sister may be deficient in some nutrients/minerals. I would advise her to have some blood tests to see if she needs to take supplements or change some things in her diet. I've never heard of PLMS. Does it wake you up?

      @@HypnobirthingWithAnja PLMS does wake me up, yes. It is closely associated with RLS. In fact, most people have one or the other. Mine is so bad that, when we stay in a hotel when traveling, I have to sleep in my own bed.

      No darling, I don't think so. Are you taking pregnancy supplements? They can help! Also, if you are really finding it hard to deal with restless legs, tell your doctor and see if they have extra support they can give you. Xxxxx
