Dear Abraham, Thank you so much for your helpful advices. Somehow you always manage to release the perfect video at the exact same time I seem to experience the same issue. Are you a wizard?
I read your comments about restless leg last nite and wasin the deep of it and still am.Its been like this for months.Someone should know somewayto cure this torture.
Hi everyone. It's 06:15am 🇬🇧 and I haven't slept a darn wink all night because of RLS. My legs just won't relax. I've got out of bed several times and walked around in my bare feet but that hasn't helped at all. Back in my bed now and using a support cushion to elevate my legs to see if that will do the trick. I am so tired, yawn yawn!
It feels like an uncomfortable feelings in my bones, I’ve literally pounded on my legs to try to get rid of the feeling. It makes me wanna cry cuz i just wanna go to sleep
Not iron deficiency per se but the iron deficiency in the brain (blood may be fully "ironed" and the brain still not enough due something interfering with the iron absorption there).
I sometimes sleep early but I wake up from my legs from twitching as if you caught a fish from the water and is going crazy! As I’m typing this now I’m feeling extreme pain in my legs and I believe this is the first time I notice the pain in my legs it’s currently 3:34am and can’t sleep! 😩
My RLS feels like ocean waves that come and go on a horrible cycle about 15 minutes after laying down for bed. At first I'm tired and can almost fall asleep, but then the waves begin. It's a feeling of this weird sensation of wanting to jump out of my body like some electrical nerve shock that gets stronger, then backs down. Moving my legs, tossing and turning seem to help temporarily, but the waves never stop. I usually have to get up and go eat something and walk around for a while to make it stop. It's a horrible feeling for those who suffer from this and I have for over three decades. I'm perfectly fine all day. It's only when I go to bed. The ONLY time I slept still like a baby is when I had Vicodin on hand due to a cyst removal on my back for pain. It was wonderful, but they can't prescribe Vicodin for RLS because it's a narcotic. But hey, it worked! Yet, they'd rather have people suffer all their lives. Go figure.
@@Punchgodx same I completely understand how this could drive people to being suicidal. I’m sure ppl have ended bc of this. Hang in there. I know we will find peace and relief eventually.

An excellent video Abraham, many thanks indeed. I used to suffer from RLS a lot about 15 - 35 years ago, the only thing that helped was: Slightly bending whichever leg was affected, gently lift the opposite leg then pushing all my weight onto the RSL leg and gently bending it repeatedly for about 3-5 minutes. A little like stretching the affected leg I suppose. That always works for me. A few months ago I had the same problem in my R arm while I was in bed. I used the same way to stop it: Push the outstretched arm hard against the wall, then gently bend it repeatedly 3-5 minutes. It really does work. Very many thanks Abraham, and as I always say….you’re a 💎
I've had severe RLS for 25 years plus. Have lots and lots of advice. Biggest piece of advice. Never allow over-tired, go to bed early at a consistent and regular bedtime. If meds, pre-medicate to sync w bedtime.
Stimulants actually help me, but it really depends on the type of RLS you suffer from. There's a few mechanisms. From what I Geneve, the most common one is dopamine deficiency, or a problem with its uptake/transfer? (Not a doctor, just a sufferer). But there are at least two more leading to lack of oxygen in muscles. Be careful when suggesting sleep to rls sufferers, you might get a sore nose...
Thank you for sharing this information! Do injuries cause RLS? I fractured my tibia spine and plateau, and tore my MCL. I have been waking up from the injured leg repeatedly jerking at night.
RLS impacts me day and night and is getting worse as I get older. My quality of life is so bad I've honestly considered ending it because I can't stand it anymore. My doctor is less than useless, he has prescribed me a dopamine agonist but it's never helped and he refuses to prescribe the other drugs than are recommended because they can be abused. I don't know what to do.
I feel the same way it takes over your whole life I take Ropinirole tablets but for the last year they have been making me feel really ill I do still have to take them because if not I would have to be walking round all night.
Ok. I'm going to write a book here. I've had RLS as long as I can remember, Before I started school, I remember begging my Mother to sit and bounce on my knees. Your video was somewhat informative for those who don't know what this is. My Grandmother had it and her doctor told her before she passed at 88, that hers was the worse case that he had ever seen. Well, I'm 61 and I'm where she was when she passed. Keep in mind, that it gets worse as you get older. If this gets any worse, I don't want to live to 88! And for those of us that have the severe type, it's not uncomfortable. It's very painful. I have it in my legs, arms chest, back, neck...everywhere. Years ago, before I was on something close to the right medication, I stabbed my leg eight times with scissors because the pain wouldn't stop. I wanted to hurt the pain. I can understand why there is a higher suicide rate of people that have RLS. I am now on Mirapex, but I have to take it before I 'cross through the window'. If I take it after it starts, I'm kind of screwed. And if you get leg cramps and ask 'is it RLS?', it's not. You'll know if you have it.
I’m 21 rn and i’ve had it since as long as i can remember, my grandma has it too. Recently i’ve been getting the feeling in my left hand and it’s unbearable, getting it in both the hand and legs all at the same time has led me here but there’s no info for treating it in the hand
I have tried everything, including all the super duper things mentioned in this video and none of them come close to solving the problem for me. Sometimes, my RLS generalizes to my whole body. It is so bad at times that I feel I would do just about anything to get out of my body. It is far beyond an annoyance. I take pramipexole. If I miss taking a pill at the right time, the suffering sets in until the medication kicks in. That means I will be pacing the floor. No sleep. Sometimes for hours. An additional issue with the medication is that it causes insomnia. Initially, it puts me to sleep. Then it wakes me up. Also, once you start taking it you have to continue or go through a massive dangerous withdrawal or a slow uncomfortable taper down, and you have to up you dose over time to get the same relief. My doctors don't help much. They just tell me that RLS is not well understood. I also have degenerated discs in my lower back and neck and ADHD, which likely aggravate the issue. The name of the syndrome makes it sound so minor. It is anything but minor.
nothing helps, mine comes and gos and i just cant get to the bottom of what makes it better or worse , v annoying, havent had a good nights sleep in years
I'm also on pexola for 15 years now. I have all the symptoms you described. Nothing helps for me except pexola, no natural treatments helps for me at all
My RLS sounds very similar to yours - 20+ years. I take carbidopa-levodopa (sinemet), combined with gabapentin. For bedtime, the gabapentin works faster than sinemet. Another #1 amazing aid to relief and sleep is a sleep/anxiety med called hydroxyzine hcl - i literally take just a half pill (or less) and all symptoms quickly disappear and sleep comes suddenly and quickly. Nothing works every time, but most of the time - yes.
It helps me is knowing that there are so many people like yourself who feel the exact same way as I do. Like you, sometimes I wish I could just jump out of my own body. I have other health issues which recently put me in the hospital. While there I was on some heavy duty painkillers. It was so nice to be pain-free including no RLS for a few days. I slept like a baby. But then I returned home and it was back to hell. But thank you for your post. Are not alone.
I feel you buddy I remember being 5 and for the life of me not being able to explain it but now that I can I’ll explain it Mine works like I need to stretch out my legs but I can never fix it, what about you
Well said, I develop restless leg syndrome when my grandma passed away last year. I went into depression and im still healing.. My body couldn't handle my stress..
I also developed this after when My beloved pet passed away last month from then I felt like I'm in depression and this leg restless is killing me more...I can't sleep and even unable to focus in my studies....I feel irritated most of the times.
@@palindrome4737 I'm so sorry that you lost your pet. I know how you're feeling. I live near the mountains more inland of San Diego we had chickens wiped out by Coyotes and my mom freaked out. I hope you get better soon it be okay 😊..
For 30 years I have had this and never spoken about it I have even beaten my legs with a hammer due to the pain, after watching this I believe I have RSL I will contact my doctor to talk about having test done.
Please seek medical advice . You have Restless Leg Syndrome. You can get help. However do NOT agree to take Pramipexole or Ropinerole, they cause many problems after a while. They are called dopamine agonists. Avoid them. But please see your doctor. You shouldn't suffer this alone. I've had it for 40 years so I know a bit about it. Good luck 👍
ugh same! no pain at ALL. it’s just annoying/ uncomfortable. and my anxiety reacts so bad that i start to get nervous and a nauseous feeling… not too many tickles more like jerking or spasm feeling.
Change the time of sleep sometimes works. Evening is when it comes on full blast for me. I cannot sleep between 9pm and 4am. Impossible! At 4am like clockwork it just disappears completely and a warm fuzzy feeling enters my legs and right arm. Then I sleep like the dead!
Shortly after becoming a type 2 diabetic, I started getting unilateral leg symptoms. As soon as I sit down, especially in a recliner it starts. Had good relief with iron but eventually had to go on Ropinerole.
I can say that I had a similar issue or even the "Leg Syndrome" I didn't know in the past about this issue, I had a feeling to move my leg, not really a pain, I was just feeling to move my leg. Of course, if you will remind or think about this issue the human will feel it more present than it already is if I move my leg once I would feel the need to move it, but this doesn't happen all the time, and recently I didn't have any problem about this.
😯😯 I always feel this one, I never thought this is how it is called.I am so guilty with too much caffeine consumption and lack of sleep and exercise. 🥺 Thanks for the knowledge. 👏
I was just diagnosed with moderate RLS and it’s rough. I also have moderate insomnia so my sleep schedule is off the charts. And at one point I was taking a high stimulative pre workout. Any tips to help at all ?
It mostly happens to me when I'm very tired and trying to sleep, and after exercising, also when I had something that has alot of sugar. I live where hospitals doesn't really diagnosed those, I just found it out maybe 6-8 months ago
@@Mr.Helper. Most of time, I avoid food or drinks some had alot sugar in it. And most of time, I avoid thinking about it it works but not at nights. So at night, I massages my legs it relaxes. To be honest, I avoid sugar most of time, bc it triggers RLS of mine.
It is sugar. Its also carbohydrates like bread and pasta. I have them really bad. If I eat a clean keto diet, with lots of magnesium and potassium. I also take 500mg of bentiamine, with a a multi B then I don't get them. All these vitimines help ro metabolis carbs, or sugar. The iron theory doesn't work. This guy no help..
I find magnesium makes a big difference. I take a magnesium supplement and also use a magnesium and lavender spray directly on the worst areas when the symptoms are at their worst. The combination between the spray, and probably also getting out of bed to go use the spray, can give me enough of a window of decreased symptoms in order to get to sleep at least. I always feel that the name 'restless legs' is very minimising and misleading because I get the symptoms in the rest of my body too, not just my legs. I have a couple of other conditions and always notice that the restless legs/body is worse when my fatigue from those other conditions is worse. I'm also in a wheelchair and mostly bed bound and nobody tells you what to do when the one thing that is supposed to help the most (getting up and moving around/exercise) is something you can't physically do!
My restless leg is a feeling of *constantly* needing to stretch how should I go about sleeping with it i already have insomnia so it’s 2x as hard to sleep
It doesn't work for me anymore but I used to jump using the effected leg or do one legged squats to the point my leg just give out, doing that give me a 10 minute window were I could get to sleep if I was exhausted enough.
I am having RLS couple of months ago. now i am expecting, i has become a nightmare for me. Even i m taking iron but its not working for me. Throughout the day i feel sleepy and cranky bcz i m sleep deprived. Im so done with this problem.
I was diagnosed 4 years ago with RLS bad it is hereditary, on my Mums side every single one of us has it. I was put on Sifrol take at night and I have to Mersyofen for pain it's does help. However salt, sugar, caffeine and smoking alcohol is major causes for RLS. I regularly have a hot bath with Epson salts. And elevate helps to.
Is it weird if I can suffer RLS symptoms every night for a week straight before it finally goes away for a few days. Stretching, massages, and mental stimulation are the only methods that have ever worked for me, even if only for a little bit.
Thank you for doing this! Iam diagnos with RLS since 30 years and have havy medication. Want to be free from medicin. But I realy need help. I have a neurologist but no one can help me skip the medicine. Is it possible???
I am 59 years old and have had RLS since I was a kid. In Australia, the medical fraternity know nothing about it. 16 years ago, I was prescribed opiates for pain management. This also provided total relief from RLS. I get it in both legs, my right arm and the right side of my face. I have RLS 24/7. I would rather not have the opiate addiction but without it, I would gladly remove my legs or pull the pin. I can not get any help at all in Australia.
I agree. I had an epidural during labor and even though my legs were numb and I couldn't move them, the RLS came through. I had to have my husband move them around for me. Crazy. And I'm like you, I've had this as long as I can remember. The term uncomfortable is offensive to me.
@@terriwoods1097Wow, that is wild. I would take a guess and say that most if not all medical researchers of RLS have never felt the sensation. This also applies to most doctors, that is why for years it has been treated like a negligible affliction and not quite understanding the insanity it creates.
I have been having RLS for a couple of months. Couldn't figure out what it was till I described to my mom and she said my grandmother had it. I also have low iron any time my blood is checked, so I started 5 days ago taking iron. I have also bought these compression boots that sorta massage on low that I use every night. This has helped me so much.
I just want to go on record and say I have it in my toes especially at night. What helps me is cracking my toes. After I crack my toes it goes away, weird isn't it? Anyone else try cracking and it helping?

Hi bro, I really appreciate your videos. I have a question for you regarding the medications for CoVid 19. Do you think chlorine dioxide is good for blood oxygenation caused by the lack of oxygen due to the symptomps of CoVid 19? Great videos, keep going 👍🙏
I have had RLS for over 20 years. I'm a landscaper by trade so I work very hard I stay hydrated but the minute I sit down to rest whether it's daytime night time it starts. And it's like electric shock in my legs. I am having spasms right this very minute. My doctor prescribes mirapex and sometimes it helps and sometimes it makes it worse. I am at the end of my damn rope
I understand how you feel. I did not know what it was but I have had it since I was 18 at least. Telling your healthcare doctor does not help. They do not understand nor care how bad it is. No tests just give you something to shut you up. If you have not hada this or lived with someone who does, you can't understand how bad it is.
Help! Excersize makes it worse. RLS is horrible. I've had it since childhood. I'm 53 now, and it's absolutely horrid. It affects my arms, chest legs, butt...it's everywhere. The movements are severe! 😒 I do take Pramipexole and it helps very much.
I am on nightly PD for 11 hours and RLS affects me frequently. I am thinking of switching to Hemo as I never had RLS with hemo and it would be done during waking hours anyway so I can deal with it. It is torture going several days without sleep then skipping treatments just to get a night of rest. Best of luck to you.
I am in my 60’s, years ago my grandma would walk around the house at night and during the afternoon and evening she would sit and just rub her legs. Now we know why. My Mom and family didn’t realize what the problem was, and didn’t think of talking to the doctor. Now still at my age I am on 2 medications, sometimes I have to double up on the dose. My doctor doesn’t believe me. She wants me to take one pill a day, if I need it. Needless to say I did tell her different. She still says try it. I know exactly what will happen
I have had RLS since I was in my 20s … I am now 64 …. Strangely I find seasons/ weather affects them … extreme hot or cold makes them worse .. over the years tried many many suggested remedies … currently on Gabapentin .. which seems to give me some relief but not total.. I also do stretches and massage before bed and rub in magnesium oil… I just appreciate the good nights I get and accept the bad ones .. I have learnt to live with it… sorry I can’t be more positive … wish there was a cure out there!
I feel disconnected from my legs too. I walk and stand all day at work. But when ever I’m in new area where there’s people I feel anxiety in my legs. It’s weird.
It’s occurs in start of sleep and stopes to be in deep sleep. Thus sleep in intervals , some time you are suffering from PLMD / RSL in sleep and for some time you sleep and this whole continues whole night. So need a medicine which suddenly falls you in deep sleep. What do u think ?
So my work is my exercise. I am extremely active at least four times sometimes 5 during the week. I do stretch, but maybe not as much as I should be. I'm in my forties and only recently have experienced restless leg syndrome really affecting my ability to sleep at night. I think it's because I'm doing too much possibly. Feels like my nerves are tapped.
I have it and it is the absolute worst annoying feeling.... especially when your mind wants to shut off, but your body will not allow it. And you get constant movement, tossing and turning, and flipping thr bed sheets with your legs
HELP!!! I have PLMS and take requip. When my Dr asks how the meds are working I say, "I don't know, I'm asleep." Well. I went t change my sheets and found that my foot rubbed a large hole in the sheet. What do I do now?
I am 9 months pregnant and I’ve had RLS since my first baby 3 years ago. Runs in my family. The ONLY thing that helps me is wearing compression socks to bed.

@@AbrahamThePharmacist I'm kind of doing better but I have my ups and downs. It sucks because she passed away the day before Christmas.
@@Its-Angela I'm also sorry for your loss hope you also be great soon 😄
For 30 years I have had this and never spoken about it I have even beaten my legs with a hammer due to the pain, after watching this I believe I have RSL I will contact my doctor to talk about having test done.
Jesus mate, a hammer....
I bought a tens unit with muscle stimulator.
Good luck 👍
it’s not painful for me but it tingles/tickles and it gets really annoying
ugh same! no pain at ALL. it’s just annoying/ uncomfortable. and my anxiety reacts so bad that i start to get nervous and a nauseous feeling… not too many tickles more like jerking or spasm feeling.
I cant sleep with rls plz guide me

Thank you so much, this video was chock full of fantastic information and the presentation was wonderful. Thank you!!
Glad it was helpful!
Abraham, thank you for all that you do for the world!
Thank you so much! Sending you awesome vibes!
You said get enough sleep. But how can you sleep when you have rls?
I cant sleep as well, these feeling of not moving is kind of painful but not in pain at the same time
Change the time of sleep sometimes works. Evening is when it comes on full blast for me. I cannot sleep between 9pm and 4am. Impossible! At 4am like clockwork it just disappears completely and a warm fuzzy feeling enters my legs and right arm. Then I sleep like the dead!
Shortly after becoming a type 2 diabetic, I started
getting unilateral leg symptoms.
I think this is general advise which can be applied to many conditions, like avoiding stimulants, sleeping well, exercise.
I have it in my legs, and that must be the feeling l’m having in my face lately thanks
😯😯
I always feel this one, I never thought this is how it is called.I am so guilty with too much caffeine consumption and lack of sleep and exercise. 🥺
Thanks for the knowledge. 👏
Aye
This is anecdotal but cutting carbs drastically improves rls for me within a day
I was just diagnosed with moderate RLS and it’s rough. I also have moderate insomnia so my sleep schedule is off the charts. And at one point I was taking a high stimulative pre workout. Any tips to help at all ?
how many times in a year do you have it?
It mostly happens to me when I'm very tired and trying to sleep, and after exercising, also when I had something that has alot of sugar.
I live where hospitals doesn't really diagnosed those, I just found it out maybe 6-8 months ago
Same with me … found anything helpful ?
Try exercising in the first part of the day. Evening activities will increase neural sensitivity and aggrevate the problem as the doc mentioned.
Thanks for sharing and sending awesome vibes!
Which physician whould i choose means neurologist? Or what ?
My restless leg is a feeling of *constantly* needing to stretch how should I go about sleeping with it i already have insomnia so it’s 2x as hard to sleep
It doesn't work for me anymore but I used to jump using the effected leg or do one legged squats to the point my leg just give out, doing that give me a 10 minute window were I could get to sleep if I was exhausted enough.
My mom is suffering from RLS. I hope it will be gone so i wont see my mom suffer so much. Thanks for the advice. Love from the Philippines
Glad I could help
Thank you.♥️
Ahhh yes. Very timely. Thanks!
Thanks for tuning in Alex, sending awesome vibes :)
Is it common to have the urinating feeling with restless leg? I find that sometimes i have to pee like 10x throughout the night.
Cold shower or keeping leg in shower helps alot
It's literally horrible to have RLS. You want to go to sleep but you cant!!
Is it weird if I can suffer RLS symptoms every night for a week straight before it finally goes away for a few days. Stretching, massages, and mental stimulation are the only methods that have ever worked for me, even if only for a little bit.
Nope mine does that also
@@mylesmanion8235 Funny you are choosing this time, I haven't had a good night sleep in a week thanks to my legs 🤣
I get it once or twice a year, just a itchy feeling but it’s usually if it’s at night when i’ve been trying to sleep for a hour
Thanks for sharing your experience
I notice my calves get very tight and knot up before rls starts and it happens when sitting or sleeping. I hate it!!! I hope it goes away
Pressure on sciatica and also legs cramp may cause RLS !

Take magnesium it will assist your legs it relaxes the nerves
Yeah....I do that all the time too . I sometimes go really crazy moving my legs and I just wanted to feel a ceratin pain to my legs.
Thank you for doing this! Iam diagnos with RLS since 30 years and have havy medication. Want to be free from medicin. But I realy need help. I have a neurologist but no one can help me skip the medicine. Is it possible???
It's not.
Thank you for sharing this video!
Glad I could help
I have RLS, and it runs over the entirety of both of my legs and feet and up throughout my hips and lower back. Drives me absolutely insane! 💀
Great advice thank you.
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks for sharing
A massage with Apple vinegar works for me..
@@MrTawito that really works? I have to try this
I just want to go on record and say I have it in my toes especially at night. What helps me is cracking my toes. After I crack my toes it goes away, weird isn't it? Anyone else try cracking and it helping?
Yeah man, that’s weird!!
@Doubled Over Fist Whatever works to relieve it for you is exactly the thing to do!!
It keeps me from sleeping
Great advice , on the topic thank you
Glad it was helpful!
i've been experiencing RLS for years. but the last two months is the worst. i have been prescribed with rivotril. it helps me a lot.
I changed my diet drastically. It's got to be the reason. I have not understood what stops it.
Feelslikebugs or worms crawling under the skin. At x extendsto arms. On Ropinarole. But worry cause requiringmire and more help
Ropinirole will eventually make it worse. Your body gets used to it and augmentation kicks in. It's a bugger of a thing to treat.
How does your skin look refresh and shinny all the time ? share your diet chart ... and please somthing particular if yu do to your skin or apply any cream.
You may want to switch to Ropinirole if Mirapex doesn’t work
Ripinerole gave me evil nightmares
I understand how you feel. I did not know what it was but I have had it since I was 18 at least. Telling your healthcare doctor does not help. They do not understand nor care how bad it is. No tests just give you something to shut you up. If you have not hada this or lived with someone who does, you can't understand how bad it is.
Help! Excersize makes it worse. RLS is horrible. I've had it since childhood. I'm 53 now, and it's absolutely horrid. It affects my arms, chest legs, butt...it's everywhere. The movements are severe! 😒 I do take Pramipexole and it helps very much.
So what is the cause of RLS? What is the root problem?
Do strokes cause RLS? Thanks
It usually hits me during dialysis. I've had to cut sessions short because it drives me crazy.
I thought this post of yours would explain why my husband 's feet involuntarily march in time with his stomach breathing. I wish.
Sleeping too much also causes restless leg syndrome.
Massaging CBD oil on the affected area is a lifesaver for me, especially when it becomes too uncomfortable to sleep.
Hi Cheryl, is there a specific CBD oil that works best for you? God bless!!
I take tramadol for my restlesslegs and i can sleep very well now, almost 2 decades i suffer this restlesslegs but now i can sleep all night
Thats strong opioid soooo
I have had RLS since I was in my 20s … I am now 64 …. Strangely I find seasons/ weather affects them … extreme hot or cold makes them worse .. over the years tried many many suggested remedies … currently on Gabapentin .. which seems to give me some relief but not total.. I also do stretches and massage before bed and rub in magnesium oil… I just appreciate the good nights I get and accept the bad ones .. I have learnt to live with it… sorry I can’t be more positive … wish there was a cure out there!
try eating green vegies. ive put up with it for years and only recently worked out the connection. eat more green vegies.
Thanks for the suggestion
I feel disconnected from my legs too. I walk and stand all day at work. But when ever I’m in new area where there’s people I feel anxiety in my legs. It’s weird.
It’s occurs in start of sleep and stopes to be in deep sleep. Thus sleep in intervals , some time you are suffering from PLMD / RSL in sleep and for some time you sleep and this whole continues whole night. So need a medicine which suddenly falls you in deep sleep. What do u think ?
Helpful thanks
Glad I could help
Thanks for this I asked for it.
Glad you enjoyed the video!
Wow hey surprise RLS is the main reason I can't sleep really????????
save your time, nothing helps.
Well I use Senimet if I didn’t have this pill I’d have to end it all
Does it feel like your legs contract and just won't relax?
PLEASE GET VITAMIN B1 checked! If u can’t then atleast try adding vit b1 to your daily diet! Non fortified nutritional yeast as well!
I have it and it is the absolute worst annoying feeling.... especially when your mind wants to shut off, but your body will not allow it. And you get constant movement, tossing and turning, and flipping thr bed sheets with your legs
I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE CORRILATION BETWEEN ANTIDEPRESSANTS AND RLS
Made a lot of enemies when I had RLs on a delayed flight to LAX …it was hell
I had the same problem on a flight to Europe. Thankfully, I could switch places with my husband and stretch out in the aisle.
I had an absolutely terrible flight to the UK a few days ago. It was 8 hours of absolute terror
Sleep study done ….. I woke up 98 times per hour due to leg twitches
Did u have RL b4 the study?
It’s very annoying 😢😢😢 I’m at work right now and I’m having episodes of it now ugh 😣
Can we use ice cube instead of vegetable for cold compress?
I am one of restless leg suffer for many years and the only thing but helps me is medication!
I took a sleeping gummy, slept at 10 pm woke up at 2 am because of my RLS, and now it 7 54 am haven't slept at all
Yes! I sleep in ankle weights, or a weighted blanket
I was just told those weighted blankets help. Haven't tried it yet b if am looking for a bkanket
