No matter the sim, public server + Monza's first chicane = squeeze your booty time. Some brake way too early, some brake way too late and others seemingly just close their eyes and hope for the best.
Putting out videos at an incredible pace this past month or so Jimmy. I feel like there used to be weeks between uploads. Love the diversity of the cars you showcase.
you should join us on SRS also let me know when you stream so I can host you if you are on after me ! Be awsome to do some door to door driving with you.
I love maxing out rearward bias on this for a bit more oversteer, then using the awd to straighten out lol. Fun combo is DTM on Zandvoort. Give it a shot mate.
its funny how you are talking about pub server expectations all the time yet when fighting for postion or entering track after running of you endanger the other drivers around you...
Jimmy Broadbent All i want to say is - if you want people to drive clean in public, you have to drive clean yourself. Not that you where showing off terrible racecraft. But in context to your comments, i thought i could point that out.
You're missing most of the initial turn in on the Apex, best to judge the speed of every corner. To be fair you only had limited practice on this course 😉
I hate it too when one gives another car the corner and they don't get on with it. M3 spinning off was all his own doing for not recognising the corner was his.
What a load of rubbish, its simple, AC attracts a more casual crowd, so public races are always a complete mess, AC is swamped by people that crash on straights before even making T1.
" you have to train before running online." That applies to both iRacing and AMS (along with rFactor 2) actually. I think the proper thing to say is: Harder training is required in AC due to the gentlemen racers.
Scotty: To be fair Jimmy could have used it. That was some pretty dirty driving on his part. Bumping people and not holding his line through corners even though he knew that someone was beside him - and that reentry after driving off the track was absolutely reckless.
You're allowed to rub a bit in old 90s DTM back in the day the drivers called each other slow for funny reasons like "Wow man you still got mirrors...you're not on the limit" :p

That's the reason i hate this track in multiplayer racing games. Its mostly just bumper cars
Welcome back to Automobilista: LOL

Gran Turismo made me fell in love with this car.
"Ascari has disconnected" *Jimmer fails to brake through Ascari* lmao
My favourite DTM car ever :).

"Oskar is about to get kicked..." is the best part of this video
Jimbo, you have the most haggard shirts i have ever seen....

I love with this car.
Edson Oliveira me too, setting it up can really yield some interesting driving characteristics.
It's only 3 years ago but feels like a lifetime ago.

loved this car in an old version of gran turismo
AC online in a nutshell.
My god it sounds like a modern F1 car, they predicted the future
Was nice racing you Jimmy! Might pop in tonight as well!

Am i the only one that thinks this car sounds like a F1 car?
If you mean modern f1 car I think it's because this is a v6 if I'm not wrong
what app is that? i don't recognize it
More AC online man.............Your videos are always different from the norm.
download helicorsa man

I rather enjoy your races online.
You brake to soon and weak, try to train your braking.. but you drive excelent :)!!
AC is not as easy as iRacing and AMS: you have to train before running online.
That's subjective.
What a load of rubbish, its simple, AC attracts a more casual crowd, so public races are always a complete mess, AC is swamped by people that crash on straights before even making T1.
+Luis Henrique Caetano I wonder how you can say that after watching this terrible race start
" you have to train before running online."

Use Helicorsa for crist sake!
Helicorsa is for noobs with no spatial awareness or racecraft and promotes bad driving that relies on apps rather than skill.
+scotty Agreed, nothing beats a correct FOV for spatial awareness, no silly on screen apps needed.

I agree, definitely wasn't my best race. I kinda threw myself into it without much practice and it showed.
