I really want to hate on the fact that this is over $4000/mth. The planning and execution are impeccable. The view is amazing. The use of space is phenomenal. The bathroom is gorgeous and spacious which is important for a big guy like me. I'm glad you asked to see it with everything extended too. This apartment is everything I would ask for as a minimalist and the view can't be beat. My only question would be: Is this feasible in an area that doesn't NEED to make the most of its space like NYC? This seems like something that wows because of its location. Like I said, $4000+ a month wouldn't fly in most of the US, but as population density increases I see the future value in this design mindset.

Great idea. This system can make most small spaces so much more livable. I could live in one. 😊

That would be a perfect retirement pad for me, except for the price. $3400 is probably my max affordability.
