You tell him, Charles. He is always slamming doors in his videos. He's like an angry little boy. When the place is rented, it is going to look like all the appliances were gotten from a "Scratch and Dent " store. I love you two together like this. It cracks me up.
I’ve always found it cute & funny that he calls closets “walk in closets” just cuz he can step into them 😆 a true walk in closet is like a tiny bedroom, u can actually walk around & extend your arms in all directions with room to spare, some are larger than others.
I liked the flat with the serial killer meter room toilet, creepy abandoned warehouse, oh and the apocalyptic laundry room with the flashing red alert light. Nifty weird-ass vibes.
Due to gentrification, the cheapest rents are Brooklyn and the Bronx Usually high crime areas. No one wants to make a choice between paying $2500 for studio vs. A 1 bedroom reaonable rent in a high crime area
Charles, THANK YOU! For finally calling Cash out for SLAMMING EVERYTHING! OMG, I love watching his channel but he drives me insane the way he’s always manhandling; microwaves, doors, medicine chest, refrigerators etc. etc. etc.! Personally, l really liked the Duplex and the very last apartment. P.S. Cash, thanks for another video great video! I hope everything is good with your newest family member and l hope Little Miss Violet is adjusting to being a Big Sister!
That red flashing light & alarm in the laundry room is actually for the boiler room bcuz the super needs to reset it. I've seen it in several buildings where I've lived. A video with Cash Jordan & Charles Munroe is like watching a Laurel & Hardy comedy show! I'm shocked that some of them didn't have SINK SPRAYERS & Cash didn't say anything! I liked the last 3 the best but all of them had nice real wood floors. That duplex was fantastic & I don't see why you couldn't rent it as a 2 bedroom. That downstairs area was massive
Recovering from a concussion and head laceration from a falling snow shovel in a hardware store. This channel is all I can watch. Nothing else is as entertaining.❤
That cabinet area outside the last kitchen can be used for a coffee bar or a larger kitchen appliance (or both). The cabinets can hide away other appliances that aren't always in use, and the drawers can be used for coffee pods, creamer, or whatever else would go with the items on the counter. The closet can be used as a pantry. Kitchen tables are overrated. I have a dining area with a table, and I rarely use it. I've been in my house over a year, and I think I've used it twice.
I literally never use my dining table. I got a cheap one from Ikea because the space looked empty and I usually do enjoy sitting at tables, but I usually sit at the L section of my boyfriend's desk instead.
LOL "baby changing station right off the kitchen." Ah, I think that is a coffee/tea station, given the outlet position, and the cupboard below. These apartments and their price never cease to amaze me. 😄
IKR. Yet NYC for decades has attracted so many people, both residents & visitors. It also inspires various folks to say "I luuuuv it!" Regardless, Cash's vids are making me think the US's biggest city is a version of the Stockholm or Battered Wife Syndrome. But, hey, the city's Euro-type charm & balmy weather are really great.
@gridley What can most Americans do? Move? Requires money. Go out of country? Money. Better job? Money and luck. School? Money. People stay because of a lack of money from being born there or stuck there. Visitors are tourists that don’t have to live in that crap. Nobody wants to live in Detroit, Chicago, or LA.
Ya don't slam Charles' stuff! ;-) An interesting assortment of one-bedroom units. I liked the one on two floors, and I don't know why the downstairs room isn't a legal bedroom. The penthouse had lots of square footage, enough for a couple (though just one at a time in the kitchen), and you'd need at least two of you to pay that rent!
Okay, I thought it was just me 🤣 He does slam doors hard. lol Dang! lol - okay the bathroom 🚽 through the laundry room makes me think of my first apt over 35 years ago in the city. It was “ground” level and had its own outdoor entrance! Yet to use the restroom you had to cross through the laundry room and there was a separate room that I had to lock and unlock to use it. 🤣 I also had to bang on the radiator to have the landlord send the heat. Yes it was a different world back then. I paid $270 a month!
Cash, you and Charles crack me up!! I love the videos!! Keep them coming please! These apartments today were definitely different! Lol!! But it’s the NYC!
Yes that is a large living room with old school parquet flooring. That is a plus. Kitchen is dark with large appliances that makes it tight and uncomfortable.
I am currently looking for a house in a city I plan to move to soon. Thanks to Cash, I now have a Vitamin Water with me at all times, I test the closets for "walk-in" ability, and sink sprayer is a huge plus. Thanks, Cash for your videos and helping me get through this trying time. Keep'em coming!
The way you treat other people's stuff says a lot about you. The way cash treats things says nothing good about him. Im sure he treats his stuff just fine he is just a complete ahole though and does what aholes do.
Nice apartments, I like them all. The neighborhood was especially nice. Your channel has really taken off. I see one of these 20 million dollar apartments in your future. Keep up the fun videos.
Yes Charles is correct, the landlord was thinking outside the box. They needed space for the pots and pans and chopping station. Bedroom small☹️. Tiny closet 😭.
I love your videos even though I will never live in NYC. Its amazing to me what the cost of a studio even is compared to my mortgage on a 5bdr home. Just crazy
Mr. Cash, your videos are highly educational, but more importantly, uplifting (to me). Why? Because the more I see how difficult, unsafe, depressive, and constricting millions of people live, it makes me more grateful for every little thing I have. I am middle class, but work hard and live in an open countryside with snowy mountain views. I am not trying to be mean. I feel sorry for how other hardworking people have to live. And you remind me to count my blessings.😊
Cash got called out on the patio. 😄 No sink sprayer, can't do it. Wouldn't be prudent. None of those could work, only one had a sink sprayer and the one that did was too expensive and blah. Though watching Cash rip the sink sprayer out was funny.
Basement apartment was kinda creepy with the odd toilet and huge rat trap. But the first apartments under $3000 in Manhattan were ok.👍🏼 Maybe the NYC prices have settled down.
I’m with you on the creepiness. Was that the one where he said “You could hide something down here? Because I thought “yeah, like a dead body?” That he of the laundry rooms creep d me out too. Wondered if it was haunted! I probably need to lay off the paranormal videos for awhile..😱
I can see a juggling act in the last apartment to get your food in the oven. You'd have to stand off to the side, which isn't something I could deal with, especially when taking out hot food from the oven. And how can you possibly clean the oven properly? Each apartment had quirks I guess. I'd probably pick the studio with the half walk that was erected. But these landlords need to get rid of the 70's sliding shower doors; they can be a beast to clean.
Hi Cash and to your friend really enjoy your enthusiasm in real estate. You always make clients and you tubers happy. I had a real awful experience with a previous realtor. I made a mistake renting out my late parents masterbedroom. It was supposed to be for $850 the lady he recommended was a scanner she forced me to lower the rent fee from $750 to $700. I lost $2500 to evict her they both almost sued me. I fired him now I have a new and better realtor Thru a trusted friend and former coworker. I never rent any room even if I still own my late parents 3 bedroom 2 bath home. Not bragging one day I plan to sell my late parents home until I can find a better job only part time now. And buy a small senior condo not rent. I love all the NYC apartments. I can’t afford it. It’s nice to see you give us a tour. I like small apts. stay well and safe 👍
"...and become part of a science experiment." I about choked on my PBJ with laughter with that comment! Thanks for keeping us laughing with great video content!

Cash! *Question!* Have you ever checked out an apartment, with Charles or without, that you caught some odd activity? Or that you thought might be haunted? 🤔😱🤷🏼♀️👻
rather see a half wall than that screwy wall with the cutout at the top in the first apt. Don't understand that bedroom wall in the third apt making a small "hall". Like the 2 floor one! That fridge in the 1000sq ft one is WAY too large & sticks out too far from the wall...it was a huge 1 bed place. Some apartments would be better off open space.....just wall off the bathrooms
A mixed bag today. Some I liked and some I didn't. The two of you together is the perfect combination. Cash, when you were little did your mama never tell not to slam doors and poke everything - lol!
I hope this channel never ends and keeps spreading happiness.❤😊

The keyword here is closet 😮
Closets where you can stand: walk in closets. Walk in closets: uncle's bedroom 😂
I liked the flat with the serial killer meter room toilet, creepy abandoned warehouse, oh and the apocalyptic laundry room with the flashing red alert light. Nifty weird-ass vibes.
When those two start a video together, you know it's going to be good.. C&C channel always.. They are the best!😂😂
Every time I hear those rent prices I'm thankful for not living in the absolute insanity that is NY.
I live in California rent is crazy here too. Very expensive
I'm the opposite. I say l could do that!
Yeah it’s crazy here. Lol
Due to gentrification, the cheapest rents are Brooklyn and the Bronx
Usually high crime areas. No one wants to make a choice between paying $2500 for studio vs. A 1 bedroom reaonable rent in a high crime area
It's just typical NYC.
We sooo need more apartment tour videos with you guys, I don’t know if you guys are aware but the comedic timing is awesome!!!
Especially the prices for some of these crappie sized apartments
The Slamming, pulling and pushing of all doors, knobs and faucets gives me legit anxiety! SIMMER DOWN Boy!
Could not have said it better!!!!!
Must be so annoying with neighbpurs doing it all the time
You should always work with Charles, you guys have great chemistry :D
I was a little surprised that Charles had two apts prices in the twenties. His stuff is usually __very_ expensive.

Charles is the added bonus in the videos.
I'd do opposite what Cash said in that first studio. I'd use the sunny side as my living room & my bed by the closets. I need light during the day.

No wonder most people in New York are in bad moods. Most all of their “apartments” are like 12k for a closet with horrible views.
