Adanna, UND is my PA school! About to start my second year. I am a non-traditional student. I have a degree as a physical therapist, married, and a mom of 3. Very grateful that we have been online already as this online learning during social distancing would have been SO much harder.
How are you doing with Juggling PA school and mom life? Is it harder working fulltime or going to PA school fulltime while juggling your Mom/Wife responsibilities. I tell my husband working fulltime is harder than being a fulltime student!
@@TheJenjen2011 You can definitely take your classes online but may need some lab classes in person. You need a bachelor’s degree to apply. I would check the schools you wish to apply to and check what prerequisites that you need. This will help guide you on what degree you get beforehand.

I absolutely love your channel!!!! I'm a licensed Esthetician in NJ & I have my Laser technician certificate with a degree in Healthcare Administration. Can you please do a segment on PA for Dermatology please, that is going to be my next step!!!

Thank you so much for this video!! I’m a military spouse so it’s really hard for me to commit to moving somewhere for 2 yrs without working because my husband gets orders to a new state every 3 yrs!
Great video! I was jumping when you mentioned that the GRE was not needed haha. Here's a few questions I have if you don't mind answering: Would attending an Online PA program hold a different weight compared to a person attending a traditional on campus PA institution? Also, would this become an issue down the line when you are trying to get into a subspecialty such as surgery? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
I’m still doing my prereqs, do you think the prereqs they were originally in person like Organic chem with lab, will still count if they end up being online?
I am in the same position. Inam starting my organic chem on Monday & I know there's a lab involve. I am hoping and praying that the PA school will accept the lab online

I saw you mentioned online, can I get any online degree and fulfill the pre-reqs for PA school in person and have a chance of getting in?

I doubt it because most of those programs still require the in person hands on engagements as needed
