Haha. I just wrote virtually the same thing.
What is worse would be turning up to a gig with the wrong suit case.
What is most inspiring about this is salvaging and repurposing what would otherwise end up forgotten in a dump.
Reincarnated into something with purpose, it's art within itself.

Hi Amulet, I see your equiptment, i cant grasp how u do it. I reckon though you have several track with different tunings and sounds on four track player, And then let those track go threw number of effects then to a main master. Have I understand your sound routing?
yeah thats pretty much it! 4 track tape loops run through pedals!
It is absolutely illegal to drop this without explaining the sound path and I will report you to authorities. Also, I mean, great stuff man, the waves of sound are so warm, I love it !

Really cool man. Random question. Why rip the doors off of the tape players?
good question! the suitcase of drone is my live rig and i have to switch tape loops for each song I play. I found opening and closing the doors to be annoying in a live setting and removed them for ease of access to the tapes. also the tape loops tend to break (especially on tour) so being able to see that my loops are functioning properly is key. and lastly I just like the aesthetic.

Hey AMULETS! Huge fan. Thanks for helping me get into this cool technology. How do you go about recording the audio/video for your uploads?
I record with my on camera mic and a direct out into the computer. then i combine the two sound sources in post.

Hey man, I love your stuff! Are you recording through the tapes? Is this something you can do live? Or do you record on to the tape then rerecord into a daw?
Is the suitcase constantly in flux or does it just change at certain times? It seems like the non 4 track player equipment is constantly changing.
i used to have that reverb ToT it was so nice why did i have to sell it
