Long ago, I watched a 10 minute tutorial on this but this 40 seconds tutorial covered all that was in the 10 minute. I guess even if you know art well, teaching on internet still requires more than just "knowing" art.

И всё на этой линии находится на той же высоте, что и Ваши глаза. Неважно, как близко или далеко находится эти предметы. Итак, у каждого персонажа, у которого такой же рост, как и у смотрящего, глаза будут находиться примерно здесь. Всё что выше этой линии - выше Вас. И Вы смотрите на предмет снизу вверх. И всё что ниже - ниже Вас. И Вы смотрите на предмет сверху вниз. [части которые видны Вам]
Вот коробка для визуализации, разрезанная на сегменты. Если Вы разрежете коробку ниже линий горизонта - Вы можете видеть верхнюю плоскость. Чем ниже коробка, тем больше видно верхней поверхности. [если коробка выше - верхняя поверхность не видна] Это также применимо к персонажам. Итак, в зависимости от высоты линий горизонта некоторые части тела могут быть искажены [линия горизонта; обычная высота точки зрения; нижняя часть носа и челюсти искажены] и некоторые могут показаться. it's still depend on angle, the eyes height is not gonna be always the same, and the height of the character, pose etc, but great tutorial non the less
