    That’s the exact injury I have had for a couple years. I tried it and got some relief. But I wanted another way of wrapping my thumb and palm and I’ll try this next. Even a little relief is better than none. It’s not my only injury by a long shot.

    Dang. Trying to find a tape job for the opposite side of that joint, the one that is most specifically torn due to Birder's Thumb or Skier's Thumb. The side facing the trigger finger. Tore mine years ago and had the ligament stapled back on.

    I have an injury to my metacarpal ligament near my thumb, will this work for that.

    How wide is the tape?

      He clearly says to cut the tape into two 1 inch strips, so 2 inches wide total.
