Best taping job I've seen yet!!! I have tried all other ways and either no relief or more pain!! Thank you! I am not 100% sure I relocated my left wrist correct (I worked at the chiropractor for 5 years, but that was a few years ago) so any help or any other videos with a different angle on that would be helpful. Thanks again! This video is a lifesaver!!
Awesome! Worked for me and put it on myself
Wow. I need this. What does it mean to relocate the joint
Will this work with prominent styloid process of ulna together with ECU problems?
For anyone reading this, get a wrist widget. They tell you how to tape like this
I've used this taping technique on a patient a couple of times with seemingly good results, but I was wondering if there is a reason why you don't go "opposite" directions with the thin strips of tape? As in via the anterior side of the wrist to affect the pisiform, and via the dorsal side to affect the radial head. It seems to me that it would be the easier way to apply this technique without getting your own finger stuch in between the tape and the patients wrist. Thoughts?
How tf am I supposed to put this on myself. Ive never studied anatomy. This is useless unless you have a PT to put it on you, and you can't have one in your home taping you every day.
this is so bad and makes litteraly no sense
