Al, your physique remaining at the same impressive level for a solid decade since I found your channel in high school is incredibly inspiring.
Thank you! In a world where most people just let their body fall apart during adulthood, maintaining a baseline of fitness as you get older becomes a form of progress.
I thought for sure a beard care and conditioning routine was going to be on this list. Somewhat let down here AL!!
Al, you are a legend here on RUclips. Also such great advice 💪🏼 More videos like this please
Thanks for sharing Al! 😊
You're a dope human, Al. I love your videos and your presentation. Much continued success and good health to you, my man.
Thanks Al!
🥰Thanks from Malaysia
Just found your channel & love the content man! Keep it up 💯
Thx Al
It's always funny to look at my phone after I travel and see how my mileage drops if I'm not in Brooklyn. Particularly when I go to Florida.
Looking shredded Al!
Hi Al, I love your videos, I learn a lot from them. I wanted to ask you a question, is it useful to do series of the same exercise very far apart during the day? greetings friend
Iam proud of your student
#Ask Al
Hey Al ! I just started with Paul Wade's first book
My question is: how "hard" should I be doing my pushup variations ?
For example right now ,
A) If I do my wall pushups "normally" (while just resting my hands on the wall) , I can get more reps in
B) But if I really "push moderately hard" against the wall , while doing pushups , my rep count falls
So should I continue doing my reps "hard" like in scenario (B) above ? Or go back to scenario (A)
Coach Paul Wade suggested we should do our reps "hard" thats why I started doing scenario (B)
But what does doing the reps "hard" mean really ?
Have I correctly understood its meaning ?
I hope you answer it
Thank youuuuu
Also , should I aim to reach progression standard of reps , on the exercises in Convict Conditioning while doing my reps "hard" ie. contracting as hard as I can or not?
👍 💪
Al, how are your deadlifts going?
Aey Al #AskAl
I do calisthenics twice a week , according to Coach Wade's first book , go for daily walks and sleep and eat .
Aside from that , what else can I do for my training ??
Because I have a LOT of time on my hands all day, and I usually waste it lazing around
I hope you see this question!
Thanks !!
Well, you could try taking an ice bath like I suggest in this video...
