I did that in Kindergarten around 1955. It was the first Aluminum Flag Post located at my first school in my life. It was wintertime and children were talking about it. Anyway, I did exactly what he did and suffered the exact same results.
Next around 1957 at age 7 I licked a hot Cast Iron skillet-and got the same results. Tung stuck to the metal. Because it was hot metal I instantly tore my tong off, and yes a small bit of tong stayed stuck on the metal. The hot metal. Once at age six I licked an aluminum ice cube tray-same results. I'm stupid that way.
P.S. I have been riding motorcycles since 1966 and still ride at age 70.

In 1975, at age 19, I rode a Kawasaki G5 100 from Minnesota to Alaska and back. Your adventure was much grander!

Me too! Small bikes are great. At 20 I did 14,000 miles around the USA on a Honda XL175 on knobblies, through late 1979/1980. No breakdowns, one puncture on a freeway and was at a Honda dealer in 30 mins thanks to a passing pickup driver, and zero other breakdowns. Bike was light enough that when I fell off in the deserty bits I could just pick it up again. But I agree this C90 adventure is way beyond us mere mortals into the realms of the legendary!
I'm now going back and watching EVERYTHING you've ever uploaded. This is sheer gold.

It's No matter what bike you ride if you do ride. It matters that you have a hard time explaining to just anyone exactly WHY you do ride and still be understood.

We traveled the Dalton Highway in 1998. Your video brings back great memories. We saw caribou, Arctic Fox, wolverine and lots of mosquitos 🦟. The road was not in as good condition as your trip. Love Atigun Pass and Yukon River bridge. Thanks for sharing. 👍🏻👍🏻👴🏻🇺🇸

You’re a legend! C90’s are legends. I used to think mine had a secret red light which came on at 55 mph. Turned out to be the exhaust down pipe getting “a bit hot”
