    What basically you need to do is to have a wholesome meal , I agree on controlling the carbs intake but wholesome salad or greens are missing in your daily routine , which will eventually trouble your health please ensure to have enough greens either in form of salad ( a big bowl ) or smoothie ( spinach , kale , celery , beetroot , carrot , ice berg , lettuce , broccoli or any other green vegetable possible .

    I do intermittent fasting. I am 5'8 and 64Kgs. I lose weight on and off but never stopped having carbs rice or bread.. Once one dietitian told me always keep your diet which you can follow for the rest of the life instead of short duration.

      @@ainqurat9501 infact i gained a lot of weight after my daughter's birth and i didn't care of myself at all but i started intermittent fasting now and trying to eat mindfully though i am not very found of junk food or sweets i eat food which i cook at home but i think i am eating more carbs which is the reason of my weight gain you know roti chawal has so much carbs so now i am trying to limit roti chawal which i was eating every day

      I lost 25 lbs by having jawar roti sometimes bajra and besan roti size of my palm-------for lunch add 2 tablespoon fresh yogurt not from the box------dinner before 7 pm------in the after noon have a small bowl of chana chaat or dahi bada------some times I take masoor and moong dal soup to make ot tasty add some achar for lunch--------take out stress from your mind its very difficult but just pray and leave it

    If Alizeh could share her schedule it would be great. This is what I gathered, clarity on I could be great.
    18 Hrs IF
    Small portion of food (porridge)
    Gym (do you go right after breakfast or after a few hours)
    Detox juice (right after gym)
    Food (1 hour after gym)
    Start of IF

Its been 2 years since I'm in this diet. Pr aisa nhi he ke fasting window me kabi kuch nhi khaya. Kabi sar me Dard hojata he to panadol lene weatable biscuits lekr med le leti hon. Aap agr 7 Dino mene 5 din bi is diet ko religiously follow karo to bi aap loose karo ge hi.

It’s more important to have self confidence and acceptance than it is to be thin but still have mental health and low self esteem issues.
