    After the sudden weight loss if your weight gains again it will be hard to lose weight again and beli it or not after 40s this diet doesn’t work if u don’t workout.

    Kuch bhee na khaa k weight kam karna kahan ki aqalmandi hay... Khana Allah ki naimat hay kam khayen aur hmesha khayen ...yehi lige time healthy way hay. Baqi sab kuch time say shashky hain. Yeh maan laina chahye on first step k khan kam karny k elawa charh naee hay, roti half khaao aik ki bjaye par 3 waqt khaao u r good to go. Kuch bhee na khaao aap zindagi ki khushi miss kar rahy hain

    Stick to intermittent: 8/16 hour eating window
    Eating window 8 hours, fasting 16 hours.
    Avoid sugar, fried food ,do 40 min or one hour walk or any workout ,
    Eat but less than before.
    You can eat roti but size roti ka pehle se chota krde ,salads zyada khaye
    You'll see the results yourself!

    This dieting is absolutely ridiculous
    Aleezay is not giving her body proper nutrition which will harm her in future
    Focus on the balance diet with portion control
    Also not taking meals all day also damaged her metabolism
    Plz be aware yourself before starting any diet 🙏

    Its a very unhealthy weight loss. We should always start our day with a healthy breakfast and in lunch dnt skip roti or rice. We should eat in portion control. And even a light dinner is must. We can switch to intermittent fasting of 16hrs with having 3 meals. Its sustainable and we wont gain weight back.

    Waqar zaka was so damn right about nida yasir. She needs to educate herself about how to conduct an interview. She absolutely has zero knowledge about the topics on the show. Someone please replace her and bring a new fresh face who is knowledgable enough.
