I was too obease.
Doing cardio,weight training,each muscle training manually at gym.
Gymming 3hrs including rest 30mints.6days of week..
Protein diet,
Dance,stretching session
Deficit calorie monitoring.
Discipline.
Diet sensibly.
Still same rotene.
I loose it in 1.5years.

Intermittent fasting is good. As it's a lot easier to sleep hungry compared to staying hungry awaking.

Not the right diet. I am been doing intermittent fasting from past 3 years. I eat one meal but eat a complete healthy meal, with power pack smoothie, nuts, whatever I cooked that day with one and half roti. And all the good quality supplements. I work out 5 days a week, big no to junk food. Sugar is the main culprit so stay away from sugar. Jab tak calories deficit me nahi Jain ge you will not loose weight. Ap ke demag me ye sooch nahi honi chahiya weight loose kerna hai instead fat loss per focus kijiya. This young girl is doing all wrong jitni fast weight loose kiya hai utni jaldi wapis aa jai ga weight. Do consult your doctor. Get regular blood work done. Eat a balanced meal.

What she is describing sounds like ‘starvation/ binge eating junk food diet’. Her daughter is not eating all day and when she eats it’s junk food. So there’s no nutrients or proteins going into her body. Yes you lose weight this way but it’s very unhealthy for the body and will easily gain back. For losing weight you should eat healthy and do portion control along with exercise. Avoid junk and sweets but you can have it occasionally In small amounts. Amber seems desperate to share content to stay relevant online.

@@faizaimran190 Yes, I was overweight for YEARS dieting on and off till I exercised portion control. Now I eat what I like (obviously I try to include healthy things also) but I eat everything in moderation, and now I'm finally at a healthy weight for my height.
