Amtrak Empire Builder Chicago to Seattle

Second leg of the Epic Train Trip riding on Amtrak's Empire Builder from Chicago to Seattle.
Being our second Amtrak ride we are used to the routine on the train ...seasoned riders.
During a stop in Minot North Dakota I had to make a snow ball to throw at my wife - she threw one at me too - I had to make another but I chose the wrong spot for the snow ...I slipped on the ice and busted my ass landing mostly on my wrist. X-rayed in Seattle showed a broken bone in my wrist near the thumb.
Morale of the story ...stay away from the snow in Minot ND at the train station. ‪@dirtfootracing8788‬

The trip was awesome - the wrist ended up being fractured but not displaced. It healed up just fine.
