I have a mobile home that is 12 x 65 and I'd love to have a rubber roof put on I was wondering if I could have a quote East Rochester New York area. Do you do rubber roofs in different colors I don't like the black I'm looking for more of a gray or a white
I only use black that’s all I use. If I was to come there and do your roof and probably be somewhere around 8500

Do you need a plywood base for rubber? Can you lay it on the metal only with adhesive....
If I was going to put it up without the OSB I would make sure I definitely used adhesive because you want the rubber to contact so there is no space in between it because the space in between well condensate. So if you are completely adhered to the roof you should be fine. I’ve only done two without plywood so far they’re both still there

Hey Drew - Sometimes you use OSB and other times you use plywood. What are the determining factors?
The homeowner. Sometimes the homeowner here’s OSB is a terrible thing and they don’t want it so I use whatever the homeowner wants plywood is $10 more per sheet that’s all
I am glad you used osb when you did my roof in RI. I would rather have osb than plywood under my rubber roof. The pros outweigh the cons.
Yes ma’am you’re exactly right that Roof We Did in Rhode Island or anywhere for that matter the best thing you can do is use OSB I would never put plywood underneath my rubber it delaminates so bad and when you put screws in it it splits
