Hello mr. Drew this is Sandra in Northern California saying howdy and question🦧 my question being if hundreds of possum and Newsome skunks pull down belly wrap how do I belly wrap from the ground I see you had some lows material and 2x2s is there a specific video I can save thank you🦧
In the past I have used two by twos and 3 inch screws and tarps for mobile homes that have had their underbelly destroyed. I would buy a 12 foot tarp by however wider mobile home is add a little bit extra for rolling up the 2 x 2. Stretch it from one side to the other under the house you will have to cut it here and there to go around the pierce but other than that I thought is the best way. Not sure if I answered your question at all I was hoping maybe

Thank you so much. Im watching and following everything. I am so thankful that you are going to put up the full videos. So many have said i can't do this, but i know i can. It may take me time. I have 5 homes to repair. Thank you so much again.
I haven't been able to watch or cooment on your video from late yesterday, till now. My lense fell out of my glasses and all was a blurr. so got glasses fixed today thank God! Great job fellas as usual!
Great job, this is an excellent job. Great idea. But with the foam that your putting underneath, do you put insulation under it, or lay insulation on top inside.
You too do an excellent job, when we remodel ( strip it down completely, we found beer tin fold under the toilet, under flask around flask on the outside of the tipes on top of the roof, old rotten press board wood on some spots on the floors. A water heater excess door that was just shot. Do you do videos of how to repair a hot water heater excess door? The material of the trailer itself is cut and completely shot with a metal door sticking out with space out on both sides
Is the access door on the inside of your mobile home or on the outside of the mobile home? And no I’ve never made a video on making a new door for a water heater I’m not sure where yours is you could always send me a picture 910-294-1761
Hey drew and paul. Its looking good for what a mess you started with. Who ever worked on it before you had to be fly by nite contractors or no clue on mobile homes. Who puts duct tape over a crack in the floor? Maybe they couldn't read a tape measure? Good job guys.
Surprised they didn’t have you rip out that gray water pex lines. I had all mine ripped out and replaced last year and what a difference. Those old lines crack easy, but our winters here are cold (Indiana) so maybe their lines don’t freeze.
Grey "PEX" is usually Polybutylene pipe. Essentially if you have pb2000 or pb Grey waterlines then they need replaced asap. Polybutylene is 80s magic tech so naturally it failed in the 90s and got banned
As to why. Polybutylene will rapidly disintegrate internally due to bleaches in city water lines and like a caddy Northstar from the 90s it's not about if butwhen they fail
To be honest they are my least favorite. I’m not a fan of that. But I do have videos on them type of floors ruclips.net/p/PL8xp84iSvTA6tL82mJCUldsbqpNAeI8y2
You can make your own if you own a metal break. But if you do not own a metal break you could probably have it made for you at an HVAC place and they’ll probably charge you by the foot or by the section
I'm confused a bit by how you are running your insulation. I'm about to take on a single wide and trying to save money by doing repairs myself. I've never seen insulation run like that. Do you have a video of that task?
When you remove the subfloor on a mobile home the insulation is always laying in the underbelly. They never put it to their floor Joyce like the video I’m getting ready to share with you now. ruclips.net/video/qyS0CE__YdE/видео.html In the video above that I just shared with you is a double wide mobile home. This is the way the insulation was when we removed the flooring. So we put it back that way. On a single wide mobile home when you remove the floor and I have many videos of us removing the floor the insulation is always laying on the underbelly. So that’s the way I put it back. Don’t be confused insulation can be done in many ways
Thank you. I really appreciate it. I've bought some property and it has two single wide on it. The previous owner has redone the exterior, siding, roof ect. But the inside is gutted. They have some of the old subfloor still. Im having that ripped out now and cleaned up. I've subscribed to your channel and will be catching up on all the videos. You seem to take pride in your work. I respect that.
I take pride in my work because I enjoy doing it. I have been told in the past, why would you work on a mobile home? They tell me I could make much more money doing other work. I do it because I enjoy it. I do it because not many people will do it. I like the challenge. Trust me it is a challenge working on a mobile home. I’ll send you a link to some of my Flooring videos. Thank you for watching and thank you for the awesome comment I do take pride in everything I do whether it’s taking care of my own house and belongings to taking care of somebody else’s.
Hello Mr Drew it's Sandra from Northern California again hey kiddo if we're occupying the mobile home and the skunks in the possum and have pulled down all the floor insulation Disturbed my ac ducts what if any recommendations do you have August 2022🦧
Omg 😳 that’s not good. I would put underpinning on my trailer so skunks and possums couldn’t get under there anymore. There are all kinds of underpinning. You can use vinyl. You can use James Hardy. If you look up videos on underpinning mobile homes that’s gonna be your first step is to stop the animals from getting under there. Once you do that then the rest of it can be fixed over time
Hello Everyone. This is a big job and i thought you might have questions for me and if so ,this will be a good way of asking me.

@@Drewsroofingandhomerepair it looks like an outside door area. It's terrible. I did send pictures to you.

That is not gray pecks line that is actually galvanized pipe definitely would not be my choice. Everything in there is galvanized and copper

Yeah if that is polyb it should for sure be replaced...while you can! It certainly will never be easier it is now with the floor open.
In my trailer,.... my floor joists run the length not the width.
To be honest they are my least favorite. I’m not a fan of that. But I do have videos on them type of floors

Question.. CAN THIS UNDERBELLY BE DONE... WHEN LIVING IN IT⁉️
Yes absolutely it can absolutely
Where do you find the type of underbelly
Lowe’s hardware
Does it come in that size or larger and you cut it to fit.. also what is it called? Great video by the way!!!
It comes 4x8 and not to hard to do.
Have you ever done an entire house?
We are doing this 1
How much is this going to cost?
Well it started at 11,000
Sounds about right considering you are basically gutting the whole home
How much is a new mobile home in your area?
This 1. Maybe 80,000
@@Drewsroofingandhomerepair is this for labor as well?
what is the materials cost
