Hi did you use pressure treated wood/lumber? Or just 2x4 pine wood ??? Thank you looks awsome great work and video need more question I wanna cover under my the mobile would landscaping fabric reinforced ply material so no bugs and weeds or animals can borrow under the trailer I wanna do what your doing then seal it and make a door for only one entrance with a lock 🔒 please comment thanks again drew you rock 🤘🤘🤘

Yes, my friend I did use pressure treated. Never use pine or white wood on the ground. So I hope that answers your question and if you look, I have five videos I think of us doing this job start to finish. I will say to be honest with you the framing I like a lot I don’t necessarily like the hardy board for skirting I think I would rather see plastic and then a trench 2 inches deep 12 inches wide all the way around filled with small stones. That way your grass isn’t getting hit with a weedeater and making holes in your underpinning so you might want to think about the framing like I did except use the vinyl underpinning for mobile homes.

i wouldn't recommend this unless trailer is on bare min good deep piers, cause in a cold climate, frost would heave the ground and potentially damage walls being so out of level

This is all been done in North Carolina and we do not have anything below 30° more than about five or six times per year so we are not in a cold climate. Thank you, Lord.
