Thanks buddy, I'm replacing all the screws as i replace ban boards and floor joists, 90% of them have to be removed with vicegrips.lot of work to rebuild but will be nice when I'm done.thanks for all the information 👍
Thanks so much for showing us how to do these things. It takes the guesswork out of it for those of us who do not do this all the time. What would be nice is to make up a list of things done in order on each project , like a bullet point list and maybe a materials list and tools needed for the project. Then we could just assemble the tools and materials and go down the list 1-2-3 to get the work done in order and not mess things up for ourselves. Thanks again and good work.
A lot of the screws on my trailer are loose. Water gets behind every one of them runs down behind the metal siding to the rim joist. Of course you know what happens then. I got some work to do.
It’s all according to how big your house is or how tall the underskirting needs to be that will determine how much material you need. This is definitely not the cheapest way to go. The cheapest way would be to go with the vinyl underpinning way less expensive and actually it’s pretty easy to do.
Nearly all of your videos show reconstruction/ repair/ replacement for ruined/ rotted out parts. Does anyone ever call you before their trailer is junk?
Can't you flush the metal up with the face of the break and then bend it as much as you can and then when you take it out you don't have to spin it around to finish the heam bc it is already in the correct way.Usually the face is about three quarters of a inch also. Plus it would be one less measurement to do also.
good video, like how you guys bend metal. .
Thank you Paul
I figured out who he was talking to or about it was not the homeowner it was Paul’s brother George the one that can’t hardly talk
Another awesome video my friend well done

How much for aluminum bending tools is for?
They’re all different prices $800 and up
You can also rent them at a rental place

Go to lowes. Tell them you need wood to metal screws. They have a rubber washer on then. It will stop the rusting and seal from the rain
@@Drewsroofingandhomerepair Ok thank you
Your welcome. I’m glad to help. I hope I earned a sub and a like
