    Can I hide columns from the source data when the user drill-down to the data source? For example: my source data have columns A, B, C, D, E but when the user drills down they only see columns A, B, C.

      Not that I'm aware of. But you can disable drill down in the options and either: setup the pivot with +/- expanders to drill down to only what you want to show, or use a table with slicers. You could combine the last option with power query to automate the whole thing rather than keep separate data sets too.
