Chinese Street Food, miss it so much. I only eat mutton or lamb in China and those sold on the street with the roasted pita bread. As for Chengdu love all those restaurants from West China too.

Chengdu has the best street food, delicious and very affordable. People get used to have a rush breakfast in the morning and spend several yuans to get some good food. I spent my college years in Chengdu and I would like to live in that city again when I get retired. lol..

红汤(literally red soup) is what they call food served in spicy red soup. Sometimes they even add some actual blood in it, like solidified duck or pig blood
I went to Chengdu 7 years ago and loved it. Besides Xi’an, it’s my other fav- food there is soo delicious, flavourful and cheap 😍 hoping to go Chongqing soon

Sweat skin duck 甜皮鸭 from Leshan is my favourite dish when I was in Pidu District. It is very friendly to those ones who cannot eat spicy food. Also, Mao Duck 冒鸭子 is awesome. But I have to say Sichuan noodle is not very healthy because too much carbohydrate inside.

我是成都人，我很喜欢牛肉锅盔，都不知道还有凉粉锅盔😂，年底回国的时候一定要去尝尝。椒盐桃酥好吃啊，我每次回国都会去宫廷桃酥的店里买，它们的葱油酥和老婆饼也很好吃。成都街头的烧烤是我儿子最喜欢的，可惜的是他吃不了辣的。
