I always felt that it was a pity that they cut the subplot with the headteacher and her sick partner out of "Love Actually", as it would have been progressive for 2003, and a change from a cast otherwise composed of straight couples. 💘👭
I wish they had kept the doctor's office scene in, "13 Going on 30." Same thing with the ketchup moment in, "Pretty Woman." Especially since I, too, love to put ketchup on my steak. They should have kept Sam's gymnastic move in, "Love Actually."
My best friend´s wedding is the most frustrating rom-com i ever seen. YES, she is the villain, but she is also very brave to tell him that she loves him, its takes a lot of courage to do something like that! and at the end she ends up alone, so i think the deleted scene is waaaaayyy better
The scene from Love Simon, actually happens in the book, with a few chages tho. In there, he is kinda forced to go with his friends and is super nervous, then he gets hit on by a guy, and actually they end up having an interesting conversation, but the guy is super drunk and when he knows Simon is a teenager he tells him he is way too young for him and wishes him luck. Later, Simon goes to his friends and tells them about it super surprised that that actually happened, it was super fun. (I read the book a while ago, so I'm not sure if I'm remembering correctly tho)
