Kaleb, these are three very different, distinct homes!! My favorite would be the third one, because it has a beach like kind of vibe!! I love the openness and the designs!! The other two are great, also!! The pools are extremely elegant!! Very well -built!! The prices are reasonable. The area is quiet and quaint. I also hate that garage conversion and garage conversions in general. In fact those "two car garages" you show are always too narrow.
I love the 3rd one. It has more of a cottage feel with an awesome pool. I liked #2 and was going to pick that until you showed us #3 lol

Hey Kaleb. Happy Sunday. 1st home. Older established neighborhood. Elevation ok. Like the floors. Interesting view/layout. Like the split floor plan. Almost like a little maze. Good size primary. Closet a little small as well as the en-suite. Nice kitchen. Big nook. Not open concept but it kinda works. Covered enclosed lanai. Would redo and get a bigger pool. Has potential. 2nd home like the front elevation. Oh. That’s a long living room as there’s a separate dining room. Guest’s bedrooms/bathroom ok. Kitchen ok. Primary ok. Closet small but has double rows. Small en-suite. Nice covered enclosed lanai and pool. And fenced too. Nice. 3rd home even smaller. Ok front elevation. Interesting space on entry. Oh. That’s the living room 😮? I don’t mind a fiberglass shower in the guest bath. Easy to maintain. But converting the garage would be more sq footage and more taxes, right? Good size primary. Small closet and en-suite. Kitchen small. Covered enclosed lanai and fenced. Out of these 3; 2 would be my choice. Thanks for sharing.

Hey Kaleb. I like this house, Although it doesn't have a Build in microwave oven, And my pet peeves are walk-in shower, And not a fan of Swimming pools. Rate 7. House#2. Is among my Favorite. This home has Style, The Beautiful Color of Exterior Gray, is very sophisticated. Well maintained, Architecture is wonderful. Love this house, Except for the, Pool. But overall the Price is very good, And this one will sell Quickly Rate 10. House #3, It's nice, But not as Beautiful as the second one. I wouldn't have converted the garage into another Bedroom, But everyone is different. Rate 5. Best looking 🏡 House #2 Awesome 👍 Video 😀📸👍📸👍
HOA s are condemning yourself to never be the real owner of your house. Horrible invention.
True. But you never really own it anyway because of property taxes. Government will take your property if you don’t pay the pimp every year. In Italy it’s only a one time tax.
@@steviehandsome4712I have no problem paying taxes. Taxes are what pays for us living in a civilized society. My taxes pay for schools, police, firefighters, infrastructure. I am proud to contribute and thank G-d that he has allowed me to work in a profession where I can pay taxes. It's patriotic to pay so that we can all benefit. Whenever I hear a person who does not want to pay taxes, I visualize a freeloader.

Love the the houses price is in my price range but i doesn't care id it is one dollar, i don't want any hoa none..
1st home; the driveway is shot, and the pool area needs work, and the yard is very rough. The area of the second home looks a little ghetto. No cover over the front door. I'm curious why you call laminate flooring tile. Another bad driveway on the 3rd home. The exterior color is awful. Too much tile flooring. I absolutely hate a garage converted to living space. And in this home, it's poorly done to boot. Huge turn off. I can't believe people think that's a thing. No privacy fencing. Yuk.

I'd hardly consider a $15-20,000 driveway replacement a "cosmetic" issue that is "easily changed". Sure, money can fix anything. There goes the affordability factor you're promoting.@@KalebShaw
