I really liked the house and the presentation was on point. The only two things that I would change is the size of the master closets they seemed a little small and more room in the non-master rooms. Very lovely

Went to see this model yesterday. Base price is basically the 4 walls lol. This model has a couple of hundred dollars upgrades and the lots left for this model is only the water from which is an additional 100k. This house will run you 700k if you want it exactly the way the model is set up

Beautiful house, but I don't understand the first-floor full bathroom with a linen closet but no bedroom near it. I'm a gas range person. Other than that, this is the perfect house.

They just do that at the model home. I don't know why.
Unfortunately, Kissimme now is like living in China with businesses clustered on top of each other like Japan or Toronto. Too much water and not enough elevation, so you must by law sell two homes...because of water proximity....so raise the price to 1 to 2 million. Sure the law states with the purchase one home must be off water, with high elevation and inland so with the purchase the buyer gets two home one away from all the flooding and possibly away from possible storm. There are not enough shelters.
Bellalago is a beautiful community, but HOA is extremely high.

Hi Olympia, The home starts around 410k and this home was priced around 600, not including the pool or lot. So, I'm guessing just about everything in the home was upgraded. Did you look at any homes on my website HotPropertyFL.com ??
@@PaulBaker007 That was my question.. so if the pool is not included im guessing the cost is around $630k - $650k..
I can take it without all the upgrades, but give me the pool. I'll upgrade over the year or so. Its definitely a beautiful home.

A descriptive video would provide better information than the music as to what we are seeing, the quality of the finishes, etc.

Is the house for sale and how old is the house?
can someone explain to me why there is a meadow and a flower bed in front of the garage? and the property is blocked by the fence. no coming in. everything has to be rebuilt when you buy it. I don't live in the US and I've seen this a few times and wonder what it's all about.
They do that to alot of the model homes. Not sure why. They do remove the plants and put in a driveway when they sell the home.

I do not have a price on the furniture. The house and pool was around $680k. Right now they have a limited number of lots to build that home. The home sites start around 100k.
