What is the point of buying a house in Florida or anywhere that your property taxes 8000 a year and the house is 600,000 and you paying 8000 a year that’s not living that stressful
I live on long island new York and the taxes are are high you won't find taxes less then 8,000 and now with and after pandemic you will not find a house less then 300,000
What is he deal with your number2 house? It looks like half of the roof needs some attention. I always walk when I see mold inside. That says "major damage and huge cost to repair".
Knock it down, start again. You just don't know what is lurking, where. Trying to fix and replace would be more effort and you're still constrained by an older style property. I'd treat it as a plot, not a property.

Bathroom shower tile clashes with floor. Primary en-suite small but nice. Just gotta redo the bathroom and kitchen floors. Kid rid of the tree and bamboo and get a pool. 2nd home do not like the front elevation but let’s see inside. A pool? $279k? But needs to gutted? 🫤. My heart skipped a beat when you panned up. The garage 😳🤢. The guest bathroom looks bigger than the primary. Look at the pool. Plus side green space. Wow. Definite potential once gutted and revamped. 3rd home appealing front elevation. Oh big home. Nice floors and kitchen. Nice pool bath. Big laundry 🧺. Lovely covered enclosed lanai. Yes nice wide staircase. Nice bathroom. Good size bedrooms. Love the primary with sitting area. It’s pretty disgusting to see these kinds of prices on these homes! It’s ridiculous! First and second house are tiny and total garbage at a ridiculously high price. The third home is nice and spacious, but nowhere near $600,000 worth. Makes me barf.

Would offer a lot less than $279 for the second house. Roof, water/drywall damage, new AC system and pool restoration or just fill it in and cover with a concrete pad. On second thought, it is a tear down.

People please bid half of what they’re asking or less! Do every Floridian favor! But no, these real estate agents go up to these homes like their mansions and beautiful and have potential even though there’s drug dealers on the block and crackheads, walking up and down the neighborhood. What a dump! Lol.
House 2, should be razed and a new home built on the lot. House 3, appears to be a great buy! Like it! That house in that setting would cost you millions on the west coast. That gets me excited and I am not in the market to move from Oregon to Florida. 😬

Hi Kaleb, So the first house is nice, But its very odd, That you have go through to get to the backyard. By the time you reach that, There's no backyard at all. $304,000 is Extremely high. $150,000 is a safe bet. No opened floor plan, looks like a Compact Maze. House #2. What was that. EITHER the bank have lost its mind. Asking price should be $79,000, You get someone to come and do renovatio here., You could see the potential that this house has. House#3 Its big for my taste. The weird part about this home is that FULL bath from the Kitchen, Which I did like. I'm not a fan of Swimming pool or lakes. The darn gone taxes are way too high. $655,000, Its not worth it, Asking price should be $540,000 Still Old school. Thanks for the tour, Kaleb see you at the next one😀
The problem with Florida real estate is the houses are still to high for retired people to move here, also the cost of owning a home has gone through the roof like homeowners insurance and auto insurance HOA fees, I thing you get the idea. unfortunately a lot of older retired people are moving out of Florida because they can no longer afford to stay. In a nut shell the retired fix income people are leaving the state 100's per month and the rich are moving in to the state buying up high end properties in the Miami area

Unbelievable price on the second house. It will take at least $100k to repair that house which brings the price to $379k. The roof alone will be at least $30k. That house is not worth that kind of money. Not even on its best day. Max retail for that house in the neighborhood it's in is $250k. And that's will all repairs completed. If you are not able to make at least 10% profit on the $250k price then it will be a total waste of time in my opinion. Don't mean to be critical or rude but that price ... Seller is nuts.
Hi. You have to go to court for advise on how to proceed if there is no will. But in most cases, once you provide court with what’s requested, you can all agree and sell the house and share the profits. Unless someone wants to live it.
Beautiful showing very nice enjoy them all the second one that complete gut job that will be for somebody. Nice that’s going to retire and they can really go in there and make that home their own you right complete gut job from the door knob to the roof the last house was outstanding great wonderful that’s a great family home. Florida is 26th in property taxes at around 0.96% highest will be New Jersey and then Illinois both state with over 2%
That's what my partner says living Oakland CA with property tax of $12,000 a year. He's only got 4 yrs left to pay off his mortgage.
