Kaleb, love these three houses 🏘️🏘️!! They are all spacious comfy and inviting!! The location is ideal. The Living, Dining, Family Room are open and exceptional. The Kitchen's are awesome and very open. The Bedrooms and Bathrooms are great. The Laundry Room's have enough room for folding clothes. Like the Backyard's. Hey Kaleb. Happy belated Thanksgiving. Got off MSC Seascape in Miami yesterday. 1st home deceivingly looks small. Like the elevation. Good size 2 front bedrooms and bath. Appreciate the laundry 🧺, 1/2 bath and 3rd bedroom. Spacious open concept. Good size primary and en-suite. Large backyard. 2nd home unique elevation. Don’t care for direct kitchen view on entry so already indifferent. Bathroom could house 2 sinks. Big laundry 🧺 room. Primary ok. 3rd home basic elevation. 1200 sq ft? Like the color but not the kitchen in view. Bedrooms ok size. Nice bath. Big backyard. Thanks for sharing. 🤗
Hey Kaleb, Like this Home, But I agree with you on putting a Window by the Back wall, And have the Owners to pay the whole Closing Cost. House #2, I have 3 complaints about this one. 1, I don't particularly cared for the Flattop roof, 2. I prefer Closed Shower door. 3. In the Primary room, I don't like a Walk out door. But overall it seems like a Nice Home. House 3, This home is pretty nice, But I would have added a Kitchen Island. 2nd, I would have put a closed door in the Primary Bathroom.
