I wish there were good affordable alternatives in India for all these products, Indian skincare has a long way to go and I'm patiently waiting. All these products were amaziiing but if I had to pick one it has got to be the spot treatment along with that vit c biodegradable serum , that's soo good for the environment . 💙🌳 By the way , love you Cassandra .
Definitely, I am halfway and products amount for more than $200... it goes up to $800... go to the derm and make up artist each time u want glass skin... cheaper
I've always loved that glass skin look, but it's hard indeed for us, people with textured skin to get that look. I actually found that a very moisturizing skincare routine works better than stripping and overexfoliating the skin. All that moisture fill up my large pores and the light bounces off the skin really pretty. Thank you for all these amazing tips and product recommendations! 💙🌳
I’m on a journey to understand my skin and how to make it look better with less make up. So it’s great to see someone like you sharing your knowledge and giving out advice that is easy to follow. Thank you, Cassandra! 💙🌳
I achieved glass skin once like 10+ years ago after a facial treatment session. It was not the first time I tagged along and gotten a treatment along with my mom but it was the first time I went after getting acne. I wasn't expecting much because none of the puberty skincare were working well minus a certain scrub (i didnt know about retinoids back then). It was the first time I got an extraction facial care and MAN OH GOD my face was bouncy supple and clear like when I was a baby. I literally looked poreless for about an hour or so. Anyways, that esthetician was a very skilled person as the owner of that branch of the esthetic salon took that esthetician when she decided to start her own business. And I have never been able to achieve that glass skin look with just home skincare alone. You really need some extra ooomph be it retinoids or those semi-exclusive face masks facial estheticians use. Or just get special lazor treatment from a derm.
I have to say, I’ve been watching your videos for a long time, and your skin looks absolutely amazing. Your explanations have always been so clear and practical, and I love how your confidence and naturalness in front of the camera have grown. I’m 20 years older than you, and you’ve helped my skin care and understanding of makeup so much since I started watching. Thank you!
Love seeing this. As an esthetician with access to products and treatments most don’t I do often feel I’m alienating a lot of people. My skin wasn’t glass until I went to school and after getting my license. Also the number of steps required often means an extremely expensive routine so this was a fantastic guide
For some of us, “glass skin” is easily achieved when you’re armed with the knowledge that what you put in your body is as important as what you put on your face, like collagen peptides, phytoceramide, etc. And I can see the benefits of Gua Sha /face yoga within 3-4 days. I know. It’s tempting to want to try them, buy them… But it’s like hair products. I have TONS I don’t use, and I definitely don’t want more products taking up room. Also, even IF I were rich enough to buy all those expensive face products, I’m way too low-maintenance for a 10-15 step skin routine! 😂
@@PilarNarvaezalvarez - You should re-watch the video. She is NOT telling us to use every single product she showed, not at all. She offered different products as OPTIONS for different skin types and situations. Then she gives the prices of each product. If you want a so-called "glass skin" routine for your particular situation, it will cost you NOWHERE NEAR $800. Far from it.
I dont necessarily want to participate in a “trend” thats about promoting perfection or boasting on what is for many a natural skin perfection that others cant attain. I see it like promoting the hour glass figure as the ideal for all whihcbis impossible. . The Asian skin ive seen re. I’m 32, and because I’ve recently tried to start taking better care of my skin and educating myself about skincare (better late than never, right!?), I stumbled upon your channel, and I’ve been binging your new and old videos ever since. Already, I feel like I’ve learned so much from you, and I just wanna thank you for sharing so much of your insight and experience. Also, because of you, I’ve started regularly using sunscreen for the first time in my life! As far as products, everything you recommended in this videos looks AMAZING, but you really hyped up that Peach & Lily Lactic Acid Repair Serum, so I think that’s gonna be my next splurge. Maybe for my birthday coming up, haha. 💙🌳
Cassandra just looks purely happy sharing her routine. I can see that she has been wanting skin like that for a long time and she looks so satisfied that she was finally able to develop a routine for that :')
I live for your videos and tell friends and family about your knowledge and tips! I tell mom all the little secrets and she’s grateful because she is 57. You’re so beautiful and I love you and keep being the most beautiful and loving person and spread that sunshine everywhere ☀️
Hey Cas 😊 Thank you for being a voice I can trust to guide me through this confusing and intriguing world of skincare! I have absolutely found my passion in skincare, it's so exciting how everyone's skin is slightly different and I love testing a new product each month. So many of these products excite me! But I think the Peach and Lily Cocktail Lactic Acid Serum is my favourite, I'd love to try it on my acne prone skin xxx 💙🌳
But a double cleanse is meant to remove sunscreen which we all are wearing and remove oil like sebum or oily facial products so that our cleanser can work better and our water based products can get in deeper. If your talking about not stripping the skin than just use a hydrating water cleanser after the oil cleanser.
Loved this video! I’m loving the more natural skin loving trends. I have very dry (and maybe a little aging) skin and I have that Slo-Brew mask and Peach and Lily serum on my love list! I need to try them! The entire brand sounds pretty amazing. Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge and your amazing personality, I always feel like I’m having coffee with a friend when I watch your videos 💙 🌳 🦋
So that's what that's called! That's the skin that I've been wanting since I was a teenager! I've had multiple microneedeling sessions have seen much improvement but still have textured skin. It's hars to figure out what works best. 💙 🌳
Recently i am very addicted to your channel. I don't have skin issues, I don't use cosmetic products or anything. But I still enjoy watching your videos. I have learned a lot from you. Thank you Cassandra!
Definitely intrigued by the Peach and Lily Lactic Acid Serum, it sounds perfect for my combo skin! I have always wanted to have a glass skin day I try to imitate the look on the weekends when I'm not obligated to wear make up for work... I feel like with this routine I might be able to accomplish it in a healthy way, thanks Cassandra! 💙🌳
As a dry skin person with excema I never felt like I would get there at all. I've been using a lot of the products that you have recommended with some other Korean products that I've been loving. My skin has flourished since then. Pyunkang Yul is one of the brands I'm using and it is amazing. You should really give the cleansing balm from them a try. It has been cleaning up my redness amazingly! In my opinion it is affordable and so much better than the inkey list one.
Thank you for always giving such amazing energy! You’re practically the reason I started a skin care routine in the first place. Game changing info right here! Always lookin out for us gals with not so perfect skin to start with who still want to achieve the glass skin look. Gah I luv ya! 💙🌳
Pyunkang Yul is one of the best things that ever happened to me! LOVE! This, in combination with serums and thicker cream on top has completely transformed my allergic, sensitive and super dry skin. My skin has become so much healthier that I can sometimes even get away with using a product that would cause me an allergic reaction in the past. I also don't get breakouts anymore, ever.
Frankly in all the people I have watched you are 100% my favourite and I am have immediately subscribed to your channel and thank you and the price of what you have shown is reasonable, you are funny and everything worked. I feel that not enough older women on you tube and then again a glass skin with 20 year old is not the same with a woman of 40 to 60 who has travelled, been to many beaches etc. it is shame that many cosmetic companies do not produce products for women of older age or women with flaw skins. Thank you for bringing these things to light.
I've checked out and followed heaps of youtubers talking about skincare and its products, but often it's been more about "reviews", hypes/viral products and celebrities skincare lines. You are the first youtuber I've found that actually cares about the ingredients and what they do, and now I've learnt from it. I'm so thankful to be able to learn more about skincare, skin types and the problems that can come from doing the wrong things and the positive outcomes that comes when having selfcare and actually reading the ingredients and understanding myself better. Thanks for being honest and being you! it's so appreciated. You're so real :) ! Love that !! We need more like you on here. That actually shares mistakes, which we all make now and then, we learn from them. You want to educate us with your knowledge and spare time and frustration for us. But also tips and tricks, money saving too. You are thoughtful and caring ! Love from Sweden! 💙🌳
I actually had no idea retinoids didn't exfoliate. I've been on tretinoin for nearly a year and while it's cleared up my acne and scarring beautifully, it can leave my skin feeling a little rough and flakey. 10/10 going to start using a gentle exfoliant in the mornings. Thanks Cassandra ❣️
I think I might actually jump and buy these products- I’m a true believer of building my own routine from yrs of being skin conscious but I do trust Cassandra and I’ve never said that about anyone ever. Lol. Thank you!
💙🌳 Im 30 so I have a lot of old pigmentation and texture from my acne when I was teen and since ive gotten away from wearing makeup, these techniques and products sound PERFECT. Thanks for all your research and hardwork Cassandra! edit: I was going to order the Sandra Lee retinol cream but they dont ship to Canada!! Does anyone know a decent dupe for a similar price? Sephora stuff is way too expensive.
Well now I am conflicted! But as a dry skin person, I'm most intrigued by PKY toner essence and SLMD night retinol cream. Loved your new background and the explanation about the appropriate layering of products, especially mentioning dry and oily skin problems, much appreciated. 💙🌳
Hi, Cassandra. Being a dry skin gal here, I really enjoy using illiyoon ceramide ato cream. it’s very moisturizing and it has silicone that acts as the pore filler. i use it under make up whenever i want to achieve this glass-skinesque look. ❤️
Always appreciate your knowledge. 🦋 I was raised in Santa Cruz, ca and so that comment about the boardwalk made me remember those silly commercials. I can hear it playing in my head now. I live up in Oregon now but the ocean will always have a piece of my soul. Though the mountains are my home now. 💙🌲
Thanks for such great information I'm an older lady and still have acne I wish we'd have had someone like you when I was younger, you are really helping a lot of people. My acne is barely there now because of the information I've gained from you. So thank you very much. 💚 💙🌳
so i have been using the peach & lily glass skin serum for at least 2 months now and it’s my absolute favorite product. it feels so good on my skin and makes my skin feel luminous and healthy. i just picked up the power cocktail serum from peach & lily and can’t wait to try it! i’m honestly going to try most if not all of these products! my fiancé is going to try SLMD dream on so stay tuned! love you, dear! you have truly revolutionized my skincare routine and i couldn’t be more grateful 💙🌳🦋
I have combination skin and I'm struggling to build a skin care routine BUT thanks to you I've started using sunscreen!! I never knew it was that important. I'm most curious about the peach & lily serum 💙🌳
The peach & lily matcha pudding moisturizer is a dream!!! It’s literally the first thing I think about when I wake up in the morning lol. I love all the products I’ve tried from them so far. 💙🌳
I have taken screenshots of all of these products and will be buying several of them! Thank you so much. I really love that you have real knowledge of how skin responds to ingredients. My go to moisturizer has salicylic acid in it. My skin has changed and fighting dryness has become my number one skin challenge. I had no idea my favorite product, which I apply twice a day, could be contributing to the problem.
The Peach & Lily Power Cocktail Lactic Acid Repair Serum looks super interesting, I'll have to try it out! I already have the Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner in my routine and it is love 💙🌳
Really needed to hear that last meme. Apologizing and recognizing my mistakes is not bad, it is showing growth and maturity. Love you beautiful butterfly 😘
Cassandra I want to thank you so much for this video because yes my daughter and I do have textured skin and acne problem blemish skin. This was so kind of you to share this video. I learned so much and my daughter and I are excited to get started on these products. You are even more beautiful than Snow White and the seven dwarves you have gorgeous skin amazing eyes and beautiful black hair. You have such an amazing knowledge and intelligence for this skin care stuff that people are going through. My daughter and I are so thankful for you, so keep up the excellent work. Thank you for being such an inspiration to my family we already love you. Hugs, 😇 Angel & Cecilia
I wish I would've listened about Retinol sooner. Previously I was achieving (inadvertently) the 'glass look' and plump skin with Marine Hyaluronics, Glycolic Acid, Squalane, and a Peptide moisturizer... And then I tried Paula's Choice Retinol + Bakuchiol and Oh. Em. Gee! My face is visibly bouncy and glowy. So much so my grandmother asked what was wrong with me because my face was "shiny"... And I said, "no, grandma I'm just glowing!" 😂😂 My husband even commented the other day, saying every night when I come bed, or when we go out together he can see a glare on my skin and how smooth and "thick" it feels. God bless him, what he means is that... Well, yeah. The Retinol has plumped and 'thickened' my skin. I never knew that was even possible, but I finally understand the science behind it. (Also, I do think the Bakuchiol does wonders for my skin, too. I had used a few products before PC's Ret + Bak serum and it's incredible how moisturizing it is. I'm actually surprised it isn't as hyped as it should be, or could be. Especially for oily-skin-peeps who don't really like oils or moisturizers. It's flippin' amazing!)
I am 51 and just purchased the Pyunkang yuk essence. I used it for the first time this morning and am excited to see what it does for my skin. 💙🌳. Peach and Lilly are out of my budget range could you please recommend another serum that is budget friendly. 🙏
Ive been loving your videos these last few months. Ive taken up a serious interest in skin care this last year, and even started a skin care journal at the beginning of the year to track how my skin reacts to different products. Thank you for making such real and honest content! To try the peach and lily power cocktail lactic acid repaid serum would be AMAZING 💙🌲
Can you please make a skincare routine to have healthy skin, not dewy and hydrating. I have HUGE blackheads all over my face that won't go away :(.Thank you for the video. Forever thankful for finding you! I'm currently using a SA cleanser, rentnol and a lightweight cereve moisturizer.
My skin is doing so much better since i started watching you:) Even when i have bad weeks of skin , i am still fairly proud that at least i put in effort to get what i have! My confidence has improved loads :)thank you! 💙🌳
I have to say, I love your hair so much. I don't know why but in this video it seems to just caress and cascade down your face and shoulders so flawlessly. In terms of what I would want to try, I don't use a cleanser except for a warm microfiber cloth in the morning but everything else looks like it would be a lot of fun to try 💙🌳
I loved this video! I have oily skin and never treated my face until I saw your videos! Now I cannot go a day without skincare! And your recommendations have been incredible! Thank you! Love from Mexico!💙💙💙💙💙🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳
I’m really excited to try the Peach and Lily Serum and the supergoop Zinc. It’s so nice to have step by step instructions for my adult acne-prone skin. 💙🌳
Thank you for this!! I just started Tretinoin and my skin is peeling and thirsty! Also, I’ve always wanted to try the glass skin but for sure my concern is that I’ll look oily, thanks for all the tips 💙 🌳
Fabulous video. My current am is goto ‘much brighter skin’ (vitamin c) trinny London ‘bffspf’ and stila Primer before make up. Am interested in the peach&lily but no sure where to incorporate it? 💙🦋🌳
Thank you so much Cassandra. I really appreciate the way you speak to us. I feel like you are a kind of a sister, just an online sister. Your experience and information are really helpful. 🦋 The Peach & Lily Glass Skin Refining Serum and Slow-Brew Mask are on my wish list 💙🌳
YES!!! Where has this been all my life?! I have scarring and texture from recurring folliculitis plus dryness and wrinkles because I’m 35. The Peach and Lily products look like fun- and I can get them at Target. 😅 Thanks, Cass!!! 💙🌳
All of those sound wonderful! I think for my skin, either Peach and Lilly serum, the Pure' AM authentic barrier cream, or the Sandra Lee, MD retinol "eye cream"😆 I'm not picky!I just Love the butterfly community🦋💙🌳💗
I have the pyunkang yul essence toner and i love it! it makes my dry skin look and feel great! Winter is very harsh on my skin so I'm excited to look into the slo-brew mask 💙🌳
Which of these products I'd love to try out? Well pretty much all of them!! I've already followed your advice in the past and found some true gems. My current Skincare wishlist is basically all from you 💙🌳💙🌳💙🌳💙🌳💙🌳
I remember I tried some 10-step routines before I knew ANYTHING about ingredients and I would replace certain products with cheaper ones with no regard for ingredients list, and my skin was ANGRYYYY
I would love to try the Peach and Lily serum and the moisturizer. I have combination skin that is sensitive and I really struggle to find moisturizers that hydrate my dry areas, don’t cause oiliness in other areas, and don’t cause me to break out. It’s like walking a tightrope lol I’ve been learning so much watching your videos! Thank you! 💙🌳🦋
I watched your original glass skin video and fell in love with the products! But now I’m getting all of these products! Thank you for all your do! You make my day with your videos! 💙🌳
Thanks for this video! I love the glass skin look but it’s always felt unobtainable with my acne. I definitely want to try some of these products when I have a bigger skincare budget. 😊💙🌳
just.. THANK YOU SM!!!! you saved my skin, literally! because of you i am actually wearing sunscreen regularly and deep dived into the skincare world, learning what i really need and what really works for my skin! i would really love to try the clay mask or the retinol night cream on my skin! 💙🌳 lots of love!
every night i’ve been using for months the hyaluronic acid after i was my face ~biggest tip that not many know!!!! use on damp skin!!!~ !! not sure if you’ve ever said this or not but i cannot believe how many people don’t know this. if your skin is dry it’ll suck out the moisture in there and actually do the opposite of what it’s meant to do!! also been using alpha arbutian n niacinamide and zinc every night a long with my favorite and best ever one of paulas choice retinol’s and my lord my skin is just *chefs kiss* so glad i learned about the ordinary from you. girlll i should send you a before and after. it’s INSANE how bad my skin used to be. - i also use la roche posay effaclar system during the day time for my acne 🤗
Thank you for going over all of this for us! Those Vitamin C and spot treatment I am going to look into. Unfortunately I am not sure how to put a blue heart and a tree.
Cassandra, I LIVE your videos. I’ve bought some of your recommendations, from the ordinary, etc. But I’m so confused by all the different treatments. My biggest need is to reduce or look like reduce pores! Could you be a darling and recommend please. I thought to try the ordinary buffet serum! Xxxx

the barrier cream looks so cool to lock in the serums! 🌳💙
I was raised in Santa Cruz, ca and so that comment about the boardwalk made me remember those silly commercials. I can hear it playing in my head now.
I live up in Oregon now but the ocean will always have a piece of my soul. Though the mountains are my home now. 💙🌲
The peach and Lily power cocktail sounds lovely 😉🐱💙🌲
The only person I trust on youtube for skincare! Awww baby tardigrade!!!💙🌳🌲🦋
Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner is something I`d love to try💙🌳,😊
Thanks for another great video🌻
I'm interested in anything for dry skin! I had never heard of glass skin! I'm interested in the Peach and Lilly products too! Love your videos!
The
Peach & Lily Power Cocktail Lactic Acid Repair Serum looks super interesting, I'll have to try it out! I already have the Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner in my routine and it is love 💙🌳
I would love if you could clarify the order of application of these products. Thank you so much.
I got glass skin when i was on Isotretinoin due to the extreme exfoliation that was happening. I appreciate these product recommendations. Great video
love myself a guide with explanation of HOW and why these products work that way
Really needed to hear that last meme.
Hugs, 😇 Angel & Cecilia
i’ve been craving that pyunkang yul toner 🥺💙🌳 love you cassandra!
Your videos are always so helpful! I’m 35 and was never taught the importance of skin care other then washing your face. 💙💙🌳🌳🌳
That Peach and Lily serum looks magical 😍💙🌳
I have to say, I love your hair so much. I don't know why but in this video it seems to just caress and cascade down your face and shoulders so flawlessly.
In terms of what I would want to try, I don't use a cleanser except for a warm microfiber cloth in the morning but everything else looks like it would be a lot of fun to try 💙🌳
I think the PKY toner is a must on my next YesStyle order!!! 😍🌳💙
Ahhhh!!! Thank you so much, Cass! Wasn't sure about Peach & Lily, not sure if it was just hype, now I can't wait to try them!
The tinted SPF 75! 🌳 💙
I loved this video! I have oily skin and never treated my face until I saw your videos! Now I cannot go a day without skincare! And your recommendations have been incredible! Thank you! Love from Mexico!💙💙💙💙💙🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳
I have Skinfix's peptide cream but def want to try out the Acne+ 2% BHA Spot Treatment! 💙🌳

The PEach and Lily Serum looks soooo good 💙🌳
I would love to try the Peach and Lily Lactic Acid Repair Serum and the moisturizer 💙🌳
The Peach & Lily Glass Skin Refining Serum and Slow-Brew Mask are on my wish list 💙🌳
Forgot the Pyunkang Yul! I've been wondering about this toner💙🌳😘
I have the pyunkang yul essence toner and i love it! it makes my dry skin look and feel great! Winter is very harsh on my skin so I'm excited to look into the slo-brew mask 💙🌳
watching this at 5 am , middle East timing, love you and your contant 💙🌳
I have the Pyunkang Yul on lock thanks to you it really is like grape jelly 💜🦋
Which of these products I'd love to try out? Well pretty much all of them!! I've already followed your advice in the past and found some true gems. My current Skincare wishlist is basically all from you 💙🌳💙🌳💙🌳💙🌳💙🌳
Thanks for the video. Definitely trying some of those products for my textured/scared skin 💙💙💙💙💙🌳🌲🌴🌳🌲🌴
I have noticed a massive difference in my skin since using k beauty products. The pyunkang yul toner and moisturiser are my favourite
Loved how the common heir vitamin c serum looked 💙🌳
Something I learned from you a lot of years ago is that the foundation for a great makeup start with a good skin routine and skin preparation.
I’ve been wanting to try the Peach & Lily exfoliant and after watching this I’ll definitely be doing just that! 🌲🌲💙
I just got the Pyunkang yul essence toner and it's amazing!!!
I remember I tried some 10-step routines before I knew ANYTHING about ingredients and I would replace certain products with cheaper ones with no regard for ingredients list, and my skin was ANGRYYYY
Currently on a much healthier path now tho 😅
So I’m new to this, I have just recently started trying to take care of my skin. I hate wearing makeup, so I’m excited to try some things! 💙🌳
Thank you! 💙🌳🦋
Love you my girl and many thanks for every video you make! 🇬🇷 🇨🇾 🥰
Will be looking for the AM moisturizer and that beautiful masque! ,💙🌳💋
I watched your original glass skin video and fell in love with the products! But now I’m getting all of these products! Thank you for all your do! You make my day with your videos! 💙🌳
Spend, spend, spend, consume, consume, consume. I generally love Cassandra but this video 🤢 me. Nobody needs all this goop.
Please do a video on DIY retinol 🙏🙏 is it safe ? Effective ?
I'm currently on accutane and trying my best at archiving clear skin and a glass skin texture 💙🌳 greetings from Germany 😸
I saw someone use Vaseline mixed in their foundation…I’ve never looked back. A little goes a long way but man is it a great trick!! 💙🌲
lots of love!
I am very interested in the P&L serum, and the sunscreen! I am 51, and have very sensitive skin,, and still get breakouts. 💙🌳
every night i’ve been using for months the hyaluronic acid after i was my face ~biggest tip that not many know!!!! use on damp skin!!!~ !! not sure if you’ve ever said this or not but i cannot believe how many people don’t know this. if your skin is dry it’ll suck out the moisture in there and actually do the opposite of what it’s meant to do!! also been using alpha arbutian n niacinamide and zinc every night a long with my favorite and best ever one of paulas choice retinol’s and my lord my skin is just *chefs kiss* so glad i learned about the ordinary from you. girlll i should send you a before and after. it’s INSANE how bad my skin used to be.
- i also use la roche posay effaclar system during the day time for my acne 🤗
Thank you for going over all of this for us! Those Vitamin C and spot treatment I am going to look into. Unfortunately I am not sure how to put a blue heart and a tree.
Ohh I definitely recommend isntree hyaluronic acid watery sun gel!!! It leaves my skin like glass I swear it's my fave
I would love to try all of these products. But especially the tinted sunscreens and Peach & Lily serum.🌳💙
I'm also using Pyungkang Yul because of you, Cass. For an oily and acne-proned skin like mine, this is really perfect and my skin likes it too.😊
Cassandra, I LIVE your videos. I’ve bought some of your recommendations, from the ordinary, etc. But I’m so confused by all the different treatments. My biggest need is to reduce or look like reduce pores! Could you be a darling and recommend please. I thought to try the ordinary buffet serum! Xxxx
I’ve heard so many good things about the Peach & Lily lactic acid serum and I would love to try it 💙🌳
