Quick question, how do we isolate the delts in terms of mind muscle connection, I often find my traps kicking in for assistance but I want 100% isolation on the delts 😕
concentrate on the delts and squeeze them
pretend as if your throwing something away from you like a frisebee for the lateral head instead of raising your arm up your throwing it to the side if that makes sense
