It still blows my mind that Gary Moore Isn't spoken of as one of the elite players of all time. He was phenomenal.

Gary could play as fast as anyone, but he was also so melodic it was crazy! Gary could play any style and be a master of all of them!

Before there was the blues, this was the kind of playing that established Gary's reputation. He was untouchable at this time. This is my favourite line-up of his band: Neil Carter, Craig Gruber, Ian Paice.

This is why SRV doesn't hold a candle to the versatility, skill and musicality of Gary Moore

He is so impressive. I found him through Thin Lizzy, but he's super talented on his own. I love both the harder rock sound and the blues.

I saw him in the summer of 1984. He opened the TEXXAS JAM in the Astrodome. It was an all day festival with Bryan Adams, 38 Special, OZZY, and Rush.

Gary's Solo Metal period was about 1980- 1986, after leaving Thin Lizzy, playing on the Black Rose album. His Hard Rock/ Metal albums were..
    Back On the Streets
    The Wild Frontier
    Dirty Fingers
    Corridors Of Power
    Victims Of the Future
    After the War
    ___
The last record featured a hit song with Ozzy on vocals called "Led Clones"..
