      I love both even though I'm very slow at both. For electrolytes look up "snake juice". I add a small amount of boron and some iodine via kelp power. No sugar for me. I drink up to 2L when I work out.

    Thank you so much I’ve never done sports. But I enjoy running, but I’m so nervous for the try outs. 2 days ago I ran 4 miles and it took the soul out of me, but today I ran for like 30 minutes and it wasn’t bad. I look for that feeling that I get when I start to run FAST. anyways wish me luck and thank you so much

    Just found you, automatic sub! I ran track in high school, but haven't ran since (20+ years). Now I want to start sprinting again but I am terrified of pulling a hamstring (did this a few years back and now I'm track shy lol). What can I do to start sprinting again? Should I get a coach and if so, where to look? Thanks for the video!

    • @cindysember1

      Glad you're here! I would for sure start looking for a coach. There are a lot of high school coaches who I believe will do one on one work with athletes starting up or even college ones so maybe try and looking at the different schools around you.

    loved this! i’m really interested in joining my school’s track team this year bc i love running. i just have no clue where to start. how do i know if i’m a distance runner or a sprinter?

    • @cindysember1
      @cindysember1  2 года назад +1

      I would try whatever you think is more interesting first! I tried distance running before sprinting and qas absolutely terrible! So I knew pretty quickly my body wasn't naturally gifted for it lol. When I tried sprinting it wasn't good at first either but I kept going and sooner than later I saw massive improvement. Hope that helped!

    Hi there. Thanks for the video, it was very helpful.
    I recently started boxing training and I need to get so much fitter than I am, so I thought sprinting would be a great way to do that. I don’t usually run at all, be it running or sprinting, but I really want to get into it. Is there a minimum time per session or standard for running that you think a total beginner should reach before they “graduate” to sprinting?
    Thanks!
    Greetings from Scotland!

    • @cindysember1
      @cindysember1  3 года назад

      Hi Lewis! glad to hear you are running. No there is no minimum time, just very high standards at training! More so quality over quantity :)

    Hi Cindy I'm a big fan of yours I'm confused since I'm a beginner in sprinting so do you recommend skipping socks with spikes and running without them barefoot if you think that helps and why or do socks add any advantages?

    • @cindysember1
      @cindysember1  3 года назад +3

      Hey, thanks so much!
      So I don't usually wear socks to compete in, but I train in them most times. More of just a competition thing for me, but I don't think it really makes a big difference if you do or not!

    Cree que Jesucristo murió en la cruz por tus pecados y resucitó de entre los muertos tres días después y arrepiéntete del pecado. El juicio está llegando a este mundo. También arrepiéntete constantemente. Jesús vendrá pronto. En cualquier momento puedes morir y si no estás bien con Cristo, te irías al infierno
