😂
It's so impressive to see Julien break the record.
😆
I wish our track coach would actually look at our form 2, he just gives us workouts and I do wanna improve
Well it depends on the rave and it also can depend upon physical attributes.
Then your coach trash and lazy 🤦🏽gotta switch schools
@Maurice Big Project Agency could you help me as well?

She’s very coachable. It’s amazing that she’s so fast with essentially raw talent/speed.
Striking the ground. Coach was on point with everything he said. Its like he's molding them individually he has a image in his mind thats further ahead.
I love track practices.
Watching I think you should say
Big representation for St.Lucia 🇱🇨🇱🇨, big ups Ms Julien Alfred, we at home watching and very proud❤❤
Now she's prepping for Paris 2024. I believe it will come down to Julien Alfred and Sha'Carri Richardson for the gold.
sprinting is one of the best things to add to one's workouts. It's absolutely explosive and where we push our energy output to the maximum. My legs get absolutely shredded and sore for the next few days.
Metabolism is also raised extraordinary high for a few days following. There is additional mental clarity that is accessible following sprint training.
Absolutely @@dennisrobinson8008
Do you guys have lots of rest between every sprint so quality remain high?
@@giacbejo9920 if you want to train consistently you would need to drink about 5 bottles of water a day and stretch at least twice a day.
I’ve always been a fan of Elderick Floreal. He has worked with lots, LOTS of top flight individuals across a smattering of disciplines. This NCAA championships is going to be very exciting, to say the least
That last guys run flow is amazing
I’m so grateful for videos like these, I feel like having a sprint coach be there to give you feedback on how to run efficiently is so integral to your performance… something I’m missing in my program rn.
Flo is one of the best, very honest and very technical. he pays attention to every details and every individual when working with him
This is a master class at work!
Big ups Jared! I remember u from the 2008 Olympics
Best coach around🔥. Practice energy was always amazing
Can never have too much Flo
Buenos consejos, voy a practicar esto mañana.
his corrections are great 👍
Very effective guidence sir 👍
Alfred is a beast. She be killing it this season. Fuh sure
You called it lol
Thanks 💯
Coach is awesome!
Julien Alfred all the way!!🇱🇨
Please make more videos like this ❤
It's crazy how much technique can go into running...
Mastery of anything requires good strategy and techniques.
Amazing trainning
That's Jenna Prandini working out with them at 4:03 . I Jenna's going to train alongside collegians, I'm surprised that she doesn't return to Univ. Oregon, and train at their new facility + weight room.
It is the coach you must seek. The facility doesn’t determine results
@@takeofftrackcoach How fast do you think Micah Williams would run if he was coached by coach Floreal?
@@totallyraw1313 I can’t answer that question without wondering why you are asking. I will say this. He is exactly where he needs to be with the program he is with. They are coaching the athlete, not strictly following a training program. There are more than a few highly successful coaches all NCAA levels. Even a D3 coach would be able to coach those high end D1 kids, but everyone is where they should be. It is only a matter of circumstances which might lead one collegiate athlete to move to a different coach. I’m wondering what would NCAA be like right now if Erriyon Knighton decided to finish high school and run for Florida. Mind blown….🫣🤯
Not many see the observation and study and feedback by their coach is the key to them winning.
Love you to All!
I love you guidence
real hustle.
My coach does this and it’s very understanding but sometimes frustrating when I can’t do it right
Julien Alfred is in CRAZY conditioning.....what an athlete!!!!
Obviously her diet and nutrition is on point, it's all part of the game.
I wish I had coaches like this
Here to support our Bajan boy 🇧🇧 Johnathan

Nice!
Man! I miss my old track and filed dayz
The music in this vid is hype
Now she’s one of the best
training outside under such a heat..........great already
What's this type of music called cause it sounds really good to workout to.
Also great video😁👍
Can u share some gym workout plan for sprinters
Please sir
❤
Big UPS
Like are there any specific supplements sprinters use? Like proteins, creatine and pre workout and if so are there brands which have given results to sprinters?
I wish I knew what I looked like when I ran. Especially my form and stride ✨
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Relax!!!!!
My opinion is that teaching "how to run" not only is useless, but is counter productive. For something that natural, the only way is : to let the feeling making converge the moves to, rather automatically, reach the optimal gesture.
Imo when coach F mimics the acceleration stature he shouldn't flex his upper spine. He remains an athletic gem though.
What are the shoes the coach is wearing?

How do I Starr competing in texas
Jules🇱🇨
Putting in the hard work and the muscles show it. Winning hardly comes easy. I think as Julien Alfred gets faster in the 100m she will be more competitive in the 200m especially if she can lengthen her stride and let momentum carry her a bit in the 2nd half of the 200m. But I'm no expert.
How do you feel about the all sub 7.05 with 4 sub 7.00 runs with the 6.94 run and the 22.01 and 22.26 200m runs? And mostly under 22.6? That represents an improvement.
@@dennisrobinson8008 one can't argue with great success: 21.91s and 10.72s. Superb coaching and execution.
@@sweetspotdrummer They put in the work and are reaping the rewards. I can see with her being noticeably leaner this year she being mindful of her nutrition and what she is putting in her mouth. They have most of the bullet points covered and covered well.
@@dennisrobinson8008 I think in an interview last year she commented about doing less weights and avoiding bulking-up. Maybe that is the real reason for being "leaner". Being mindful of nutrition could also be a factor.
@@sweetspotdrummer Some of us were talking about it and it looks like nutrition, looking at her face and skin and energy. When our diet is on point we respond in the same way. Last year she had a little "pinch" on her waist, it wasn't much at all... And slight bloat in her upper thighs... That's all gone now. She must be aware of that and adjusted her eating to only eat as much carbs as she needs to perform and also avoiding foods that cause inflammation. These are all things you can adjust. I suspect her hydration is on point, not a lot of simple sugars, lots of green vegatables and sufficient protein. Everything mostly accounted for. Everyone doesn't do the same things, and if someone else wants to do extra homework or be more strict on their diet and psychology more power to them.

Hello there my name is Collins kirui from Kenya ,20 yrs 800m best 1:45,but no support can you train me
⛳🙌👏🤩
6.94 and her first 10m still could use a Brommel or Coleman low heel recovery strategy. It's too much time taken there. Coach Rae knows how to explain it.

Why are they training on Wednesday if the meet is on Wednesday
🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️ because this wasn’t taped on a Wednesday.
Bro. The name “Workout Wednesday” is in relation to when the VIDEO gets posted. Nothing to do with what day of the week the workout is done.
I'm watching this eating cookie dough.
2:18 i might be wrong but it looks like dude has gyno
Am here for the cheeks...
There is no way that those 90s were 90% effort. They were much faster, probably sub-max.
True
Hlo sir
I promise you no cones would survive anywhere near me, and I held 4 school records.
Icecream cones?

Dude only runnin 2 flirt with the ladies as seen towards the end, kekw.
Fit sistas
They train way too fast. Ever notice the Jamaicans train much slower & more under control with their speed & peak at the right time of the year? Michael Johnson used to train like this. Just a thought.
The female sprinter in the beginning of the video is running at least 98 %, not 90 % over the 2x90 meters as announced in the intro to the training segment!
I cannot believe this guy is a D1 coach. And the female needs alot of work. Cannot believe she is so fast.
Imagine how much faster she can get.
The female what?
Seriously? A grown man got scared to land in soft sand! This is exactly what's wrong with our country!!!
get rid of that irritating background music
