So gorgeous would fit so well as an arrangement in a coffee shop or a rustic cottage. I really love the color palette such a beautiful combination of beige with that little bit of blush and pastel yellow makes for a gorgeous fall wedding that any bride will take. The mechanics seem so easy such a great tutorial leanne really does a great job.
Here's a bit of a secret, Gabriel! The mechanics are similar to the recent wedding bouquet that Leanne created with those gorgeous plum callas. Cascades are definitely on trend and you are right that the colors in this one would be perfect complements to an autumn wedding. Thanks for spending so much time taking in our various shows. Such a great tutorial, I’ve been a florist for almost 20 years but not had many opportunities to do this type of bouquet, I have one coming up and wanted a refresher and this video was perfect!! Thank you!

Hello Edwina and thank you for your marvelous questions! The lower part of the cascade is created using the technique of wiring and taping flowers, then taping them all together to get that effect. How does the extension stay hydrated? It seems like those stems wouldn’t get water
That's an excellent question, Holly! It won't have a water source so it is important to process the flowers properly before you design so they have time to hydrate well and be beautiful. With event floral design, the pieces aren't expected to last quite as long so the bouquet should be fine, especially if it was kept in the cooler ahead of time. how do you keep the cascade fresh with no water source?
That's an excellent question, Elizabeth! The best way to keep the flowers fresh is to hydrate them well before designing with clean water and flower food. We also suggest using Quick Dip for the roses to help them drink and then spraying the design with Crowning Glory to lock in the moisture. You can put the main part of the bouquet into a vase as shown in the photo. Thank you very much for spending some time with us for wonderful wedding floral design.
