- Anterior Pelvic Tilt is a postural problem which is common and can happen with anyone. The pelvic rotates forward due to long sitting hours, poor exercise technique and so many other reasons which forces your spine to curve. This happens as glutes and core muscles become week and hip flexors become tight.
In this video, I have shown a routine for How to Fix Anterior Pelvic Tilt in 15 Mins but you will have to follow this 2-3 times/week.
