A medical professional would never advise you to use red light therapy.Because they'll lose money.I'm waiting for them to try to take it off the market because they are losing money. So I will never look to a doctor for advice

I came across that ucl study as well as some others on the topic of red light. Very interesting. pretty much every case of myopia can be reversed with reduced lenses/active focus though

You mentioned in the video that you used the red light for 3 minutes, once a week. Is that correct? Or did you use it once a day for 3 minutes? I thought the study mentioned daily use.

Haha, you posted while I was in front of my red panel, not wearing goggles. (Eyes closed, though.)
By the way, do you still use your Bestqool panel?
Which of the red light devices that you own is your favourite? Thank you! 😊
😅😅😅 Ok, apparently I need way more red light therapy: I only now see the panel behind you 😅

Question: I had my eyes lasered 20 years ago (they’re still 20/10 but up close is getting worse.)
Any idea if this will still work for me?

I also had laser around 15 years ago. The idea is the red light boosts energy in the eye, whether you had laser or not. Try it on a low setting once and see how that goes.

Si solo luz roja. Infrarojo puede ser mal por los ojos.
