Good afternoon Dr. Kristi. So glad to see my favorite Doc's back. I'm definitely with you today. Thanks for sharing another excellent video. That being said, I hope you had a wonderful Christmas weekend. 😊👍👍😍😍
Wow! Nice Legs! My left leg outside & below the pocket when i go to pick up is like a sledge hammer hit!! I build barns, and do remodeling and also run and hunt. For years i sprinted, pitched, and have been climbing ladders for 40 years. What you think? I am close to coming north from N.J. to see if you could figure it out! How would i get in touch? Thanks, Brian
I love you Dr Kristie! This just happens to be what I need - my hips are so tight. Do you have anything for the shoulder? When I tilt my head to my left shoulder, I cannot stretch to the extent as when I tilt to my right shoulder.
I am following you for knee pains(have acl and meniscus tear on both legs). All the exercises suggested i am trying to do. But always my legs keep on shivering.. Any suggestions?
(^same-ish) I cant tell you which exercises you shouldnt be doing.. but your legs shaking is b/c you lack leg muscle and thus stability --- like when trying to do a situp and the core trembles cause.. well, insufficient muscle. -> a good exercise for the knees would be to sit somewhere (high table) and let your feet dangle in the air, moving the knees, not supporting the feet on the ground. This stimulates the knee areas /fluid ..whatever it was called and whatnot I forgot the exact stuff, but it helps without any strain on the body.
That’s difficult to answer without seeing you but what I typically see with my patients are muscles that have shut down and trying to work again/weakness.
Dr.Ennis, I have a question. I have seen conflicting ways on how to walk. #1. Heel, toe. #2.Walk on the middle of the foot. #3.Start walking from the toes. The heel, toe is how Olympic Walkers move, but in a recent video,it was called a 'Heel Strike',and was said to be bad for the feet. Now I am thoroughly confused. Can you please clarify the proper way to do regular walking. I trust your expertise. Thanks.
I just watch the videos to see you. Have a great New Year!
Happy New Year!
Thanks Doc, you are a Blessing indeed! 😘
You are welcome and thanks so much!
This is really helpful, Dr. K. Thanks again for these 3.
You’re welcome ☺️

your videos are great as always but please remove the brightness filter
Hmm.. I don’t have a filter on? I did adjust the lighting because it was so dark in my office that day. Maybe that is it.
@@drkristieennis Thanks for your quick reply. Yes that may be why the lighting looks that way

Glad this helps your hips! I actually have a neck video ( upper trap often limits bending the head to the side) coming out today:)

Nice😉

What I miss I fell off the rocker at 1:14 I'll have to watch it again!
I often wake up stiff in the morning. Especially if I've been watching Dr Kristie the night before.
Dr.Ennis,
I have a question.
I have seen conflicting ways on how to walk. #1. Heel, toe. #2.Walk on the middle of the foot. #3.Start walking from the toes. That is a tough one! Generally, the typical gait is heel toe unless there is an injury. It certainly changes more with running and speed.
A bad mattress can bother your hips real bad.
This is true.
always informative but sometimes I'm so distracted by your beauty
i like the wide view,,,,,blue eyes,,,,,,i could do a lot with that,,,,,
