Tebaldi:Amazing tone and power not to mention the beauty! And the honor she brought upon Italian society. Franco:Not much to say other than hes the male Tebaldi Leontyne:Made history for blacks in the world of Opera her natrual Mezzo range is un beatable and not to mention her performance of "Pace Pace Mio Dio" is by far my favorite followed closely by Tebaldis. Siepi: A wondeful singer and man with a powerful voice! What do they all have in common though? No its not holding long notes. No its not being opera singers. No its not being wonderful people. Although yes they do have all those things in common, but the biggest one is they were all Forces to be Reckoned with!
Listening and watching this video gives me a sense of how much we've lost. There's Beauty in memories and recordings though.
I like Corelli, I like Tebaldi, I like Price, I like Siepi and I LOVE Rubinstein!
LA LEONTYNE STEALS MY HEART HERE. TOTAL DIVA STYLE.
The greatest Chopin interpreter of all time, imo.
I love Corelli, Tebaldi, and Price!
The lost era of opera. 💚💙💛 Arnold
It’s sad to see what it has become.

Sad that there’s no audio.
