- 2023 was an incredible year for gaming. If you like to play bud video games. For people who only like chub games, it was actually a pretty slow year.
This year I actually slacked. Honestly I plyaed like 4 games in the span of 3 weeks at the end and beginning of this year. I don't know what happened. I guess time caught up to me. Didn't get to play much of pikmin and baldurs gate. Which they might have made the list but take note that I wasn't sexually grabbed intensly for me to want to finish those games. Honestly I've never been big on Pikminin and Baldur's gate isn't really a traditional gaming experience. Weak story, weak dialogue, turn combat, but the overall experience that it offers did seem well made. I could see myself putting time into that game. In 10 years.

@@thescarvedtoed6094 yeah I should play it. I played the demo and thought it was alright with way too much dialuge but pikmin fans say the first 2 hours are the weakest. But yeah I could've played it but it was too late and I had to get this video out. Thanks bro
@@RSG200 yeah the first few hours are boring but if you stick through it it gets a lot better plus if you already did the demo if you get the game, you don't have to play the boring demo again if you buy the game so you don't have to redo it, alright imma go eat my brownie see ya,

I think that “Pizza Tower” is great too! I was following its development a few years before it released, and I could tell that it had the potential for greatness.

3:39 Well to be fair,people didn’t watch the Mario movie for the plot,they just watched it cause it’s a love letter to the franchise,plus Mario games aren’t known for good stories.No one’s dumb for thinking the Mario movie is good,a lot people just like it cause they thought fun and was entertaining,not for the plot,you can enjoy the heck out of something even if it is not an objectively good story.

I fell asleep for the first hour of gameplay and refunded it. It's not for everyone. It felt like a walking simulator with bad combat.
@DinantZ I guess I can understand that. Idk sounds like you didn't give it a genuine try. I can see how if you take bg3 at a surface level it could come off as a walking sim. But, that is a bad opinion to have. Like if bg3 is a walking sim with bad combat, what is a game like skyrim or even Witcher 3? A walking Sim with a better camera? The combat in bg3 is really good, it definitely takes some time to learn but if you're willing to learn, I think you'd find yourself enjoying it.
@@soppingtrousers3313 Agree to disagree? I also have some nasty opinions about Witcher 1 and 2. We like different genres I guess. I like small Indie games most of the time.
