This guy looks like the truck owner with no actual experience. I knew he wasn't behind the grill by the way he put the steak back on grill for round 2. And overstuffing the burrito clearly shows guy is literally just winging it from advice from the actual cooks
So this is what happens when I order a burrito and it's taking longer than usual, they must've had too much meat or so in that burrito, so they have to redo it again

I would have rolled that burrito on that rejected 12" My burrito would be like a brick. Flat on all 4 sides with round edges. The guacamole never goes on top It goes on the bottom flap. On the tortilla itself. Too messy this way. This is why he changed his glove twice for the same issue. My ex boss made me role his burritos. They were humongous. It seemed impossible He finally made me his partner and we opened up our own resturant 1 year later

Old El Paso tortilla wrappers… Come on man use homemade tortillas. Not that store-bought garbage. I mean, maybe if you're not in California you can't get some uncooked large tortillas. But I'm sure you can source them. It wasn't that you added too much fries or anything else. Obviously your tortilla wrapper is too small. Because they don't make the oversized ones for store-bought ones.
