It's constant physical labor with no breaks when there are a line of customers waiting, you have to be quick, manage inventory, keep the workspace sanitary, correctly make the orders. It's like fast food work, but you're doing kitchen, register, customer service, janitor, manager, boss, all at the same time.

I'm not the fan of mayonnaise and relish. I like food trucks/stands/vendors. I don't go to the fall fairs like I usually did, but I could have corn dogs and fries with mustard and ketchup.
