I can’t sign in or make a account at all. It doesn’t say what to put to sign up on the app. Any help?
I like your video! Just reviewing it, because I need to use Drone Deploy, which doesn't work with my Smart Controller. So, I just set up my tablet, etc., to use my M2P (first time) with the original controller.
What I've noticed, and that's why I am watching your video, I do have all info set to Imperial, but the *Aircraft Status* info is set to metric and I can't find where to change it.
I see at 5:23 that it's set to metric as well.
Do you know how to change it to imperial?

Great job Man! At 9:30 you indicate there is an option to turn off charging of cell phone. I don't seem to have that option under the controller setup menu. Any ideas why? I use a tablet and it really drains the controller battery. There seems to be no way to get around this so I have to charge it up way too often.. I'm using the latest version 4.3.37

Hello, I need to download the dji go 4 app, I see that there is several of those apps. Does it matter which dji app I will need to use. I currently have an android phone but I'm using a Tripltec screen. Your advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Charging mode..does't applied to android too..? Or just for iphone only..?
For newer phones that has the lcd screen cover almost all the front surface of the phone. The buttons on the sides get covered by the phone holder of the rc. Is there a solution to this?
Hi the only thing you did not mention on this Video was how NOT to auto save images and data to your smartphone I am trying to do this as it keeps disconnecting the drone from the GO 4 app how do you do that ? cheers Troy
Having trouble with display radar chart, I disable mine because I don't like them but on on opening the app again its reenabled, is that default these days or do I have a problem with my app?

What it the version of DJI 4 you are talking about ? Newest version doesn't let to customize 5D button.
so for the timestamp 6:42 Im having difficulties with the Flight restrictions. So when my drone is connected to my app I go to the flight restrictions and try to find the enable max distance but doesnt show. it shows the beginner mode and then the (set max flight altitude: 20m & set max distance: 15m) which is stuck on that mode when I had the altitude on 120 and the height 480. Could I get help on how to get that enable max distance to show on my phone? The only time I have the enable max distance button is when my phone isnt connected with the drone. But the other thing is that when I enable it doesnt show the distance of where I can change it and when I change the altitiude it goes back to 0. D: ~~~~~HELPPPPP!!~~~~~ I have a DJI Spark btw (update so I was able to factory reset my drone so its on 50m (A) & 100m on (D) but still wont let me change it
Seems there are quite a few comments and questions regarding this very informative video. It would seem to make sense that the author of this video would take the time to answer at least some of these questions. The DJI GO4 app has a much steeper learning curve for beginners, vs the DJI FLY app. It can be quite overwhelming and confusing for new pilots. Perhaps please take the time to answer some specific questions that have been posted.
Otherwise, this is a very helpful and informative video tutorial and one that has been well done. Thank you for taking the time to put this video together to help those of us who are new to flying DJI drones.

I had the same question, I just looked at a forum, and it stated that, the DJI GO 4 app is not compatible with any phantom drones older that the phantom 4. The app you want to use with the phantom 3 is, the "regular" DJI GO app, or you can use the DJI fly app as well.
Thank you for your videor I can not connect the drone with dji go 4. It only connects with dji fly. What can i do? When i use dji go4 without connection i see the same screen as your video, but when i connect my iphone with controller and drone then the screen is from dji fly. Please help me

i am having a hard time trying to sign in for everytime i enter my password and reenter it for confirmation. the app just erases the entire thing. i tried it several times using all symbols and such, and nothing seemed to work. would you happen to know why that is

No, MA2 uses DJI FLY App
At least the DJI fly app is the preferred app for the MA2.

Firma DJI nie popisała się z oprogramowanie - jest rzeczą wręcz idiotyczną że po podłączeniu tabletu czy telefonu do aplikacji Go 4 mały pilot zaczyna ładować telefon czy tablet . To skandal ,zróbcie coś z tym gównem !!!!!!!! Jeżeli w najbiższym czasie nie pokaże się aktualizacja rozwiązujące ten debilny problem zacznę to na masową skalę rozpowszechniać ,tak by nikt tego gówna nie kupował . Wszystkie opowieści o możliwościach dronów DJI są fajne po za opisanym problemem wręzcz idiotycznym i śmiesznym . Może ktoś ma rozwiązanie o którym nie wiem ( przecinanie kabli , wyłączanie ładowania w telefonie czy tablecie bo to bzdury )
